The biggest thing with Tony and Orca is that they care about your home. It doesn’t feel like a transaction. I’ve been using Orca for years now on a few properties and the trust I have in them to make the right decisions and do what’s best for you as the customer, has never once let me down. They’re brilliant. Totally recommend them.

I received a text message letting me know they were on their way, pleasant chaps conducted the work on my boiler (service),

Historically I have used boiler insurance with house hold names that included what I thought to be a service, in reality the service was nothing more than a gas safety check. I had never realised that they did not do a full strip down service when it was required and none of them ever told me that, until something needed replacing during a service and I was told it was not covered as to fix it would require the boiler being striped down.

Orca also provide such cover (boiler and heating) but their level of service is far more comprehensive, you can tell that from the time they are with you and the report that followed the following day and they will complete a strip down service when required as per manufacturer guidelines.

I also wanted some advice with regards to a new thermostat and potentially programmer and Jack was super helpful, giving me some different options to consider.

A great service and wished I had always had Orca to service my boiler. Thank you.

Our landscapers had uncovered a live Gas pipe that needed to be capped off.

Tony from ORCA was able to send a team to fix this issue that very same morning!

They were super efficient, tidy and explained what work they had completed. First class job and excellent service.

Needed to get a water heater replaced quickly before moving, even though they are busy they fitted us in no problem. Very friendly service- Louise is wonderful on the phone she will always call back if needed, Matt was very efficient and friendly. Job was reasonably priced also.

Tony and his team did an excellent job on my Heat Network water cylinder. Not many plumbers knew or wanted to to know about this kind of system but Orca were very knowledgeable! I'm up and running with hot water and heating again, leak free!

Communication is excellent, and the service is second to none. From first contact call to the plumber coming out and sorting the problem was quick, efficient and professional.
