After getting quotes from numerous surveyors I decided to go with Orchard Home Surveys and I have to say they were excellent from start to finish. Nice thing about them is that they seem to have a more "personal" touch which you wouldn't get with bigger companies in the sense that Chris and Vicki go the extra mile to keep you updated and take time to phone you after the survey has been completed just to go through aspects before sending you a full detailed report. Really highly recommended.

The survey was carried out with extreme attention to detail . The result was delivered within a day or two. I am more than satisfied with every aspect of the survey and have no hesitation in recommending them

We had Chris do a survey on our new house and he was so helpful. He completed it on the set date and called us after to let us know how it went, walking us through his findings. He has continued to be very helpful letting us know when to expect our report and telling us to give him a call if we had any questions. The report was easy to read and understand, broken down into sections of things needed to be addressed soon and things that might need replacing/fixing in the next 5-10 years. All in all I could not recommend this company more they are amazing!

I can only echo the essence of other reviews provided by customers. You receive attentive communications, a timely service, immediate feedback with initial results and a prompt follow-up with the full written report. All things that are important during a property purchase exercise.

Chris and Vicki were most helpful. The survey was organised quickly and efficiently. The report was comprehensive but clear and understandable, and enabled us to have a thorough understanding of any issues/recommendations. Chris also rang prior to the report being emailed so that he could run through the key points. An amazing service, would recommend.

Orchard Home Surveys have proved themselves to be well worthy of the five stars rating. The survey was carried out as arranged and initial verbal feedback provided immediately, with the full (extensive) report provided a few days later. The service however extends beyond the report as there is a keen commitment from surveyor to ensure the report content is understood and in our case some complicated issues have arisen and the ongoing support and advice has proven invaluable. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Great experience with Chris and the team, everyone is really lovely and helpful. Chris gave me a call after he done the survey and had a quick chat and tell me how it goes, he said a written report will be sent once its ready.
