Normally when I cancel a subscription I don't write a 5 star review but I thought in this case I should do so as I was quite pleased with this company from start to finish. In my situation I already had a customer base that was using another software and I wanted to find a new provider. I chose Ordering.co without doing enough research first to realize that their platform would not be able to provide the exact same service that I was already offering. Although their platform had 10 times the amount of tech available and almost unlimited customizations that could be done I found in the end that my current business model simply couldn't be transferred over. This was no fault of Ordering.co and to my surprise after 10 days and several tickets and meetings trying to get things to work as I needed them to I asked if cancellation was still an option and they refunded my Platinum service payment and future subscription within 24 hours or requesting it. I felt this review was important to provide so that others would feel confident about working with a reputable team and if my business model changes in the future I would go back to them in a heartbeat. Thanks again and I hope to work together in the future sometime.

Definitely a great product!
You will need to take your time and be very patient.
There is a whole ordering university behind this great product with enough documentation and great support by email. If you need customization you will definitely not get a cheap quotation.

Ok, so I'm an absolute numpty when it comes to IT. I'm not a coder or a tech whiz but any stretch of the imagination! This is why I just spent a good 3.5 hours with Elliot who was SUPER PATIENT with me, helping me input all the required data to create the apps for my business.

I've worked in customer service for many years and I can honestly say that Elliot is a credit to Ordering.co. His ability to be so patient and get the job done with not one (obvious) facepalm is a miracle!

Recently we used the service to build e-commerce multi vendor platform for a whole country. With Ordering.co we did it during few days! It was amazing experience and fantastic customer support 24/7. Super good platform, easy to build, good guidelines and support from management. I loved it!

The folks over at Ordering.co demonstrated to me the utmost integrity. First of all I was able to get on a video call with their CEO and founder Alonso. He was able to quickly answer my questions and was honest about exactly what the software does and does not do. Once we got into the code, we as software developers ourselves were quite impressed with the level of documentation and the quality of their API's. We had assumed we would need quite a bit of support but instead we were able to figure out everything ourselves because the documentation and user guide was so well done. They've got training videos for literally every corner of the platform that are clear and concise.

We plan on working with Ordering.co in the near future as we have need and I personally as the owner of a software development firm would personally recommend them!

Good software, good team, I recommend.
It is a complete software for this particular niche, very good organised and structured. I had to translate to my native language and it was piece of cake. Even if you don't get the words correct because of interpretation, you can always come back and correct.
I recommend this software for towns with around 100,000 people, where there is no app present. You probably know everybody in that town. Get all of the shops into the app and you will have a city app. You can let the shops make their own deliveries, you just cash in, % of orders. Go for the One Time Platinum plan, promote daily on social media and you will get success. This can be a full time job and a real business!

Ordering.co was very helpful in getting the website up and running for us. Professional team, solid onboarding and very good tutorials for UI and admin features. Tech support was knowledgeable, though I wish they had it 24/7. We ended up utilizing another platform, but that was more a personal choice than anything else. We still keep ordering.co in our back pocket for the future.
