Ordering is a great platform!

Ordering has is a great platform for us, we really recommend to others that needs a platform to make their business go online. Alonso, the CoFounder has been a great assistant and a is an oriented person!

Solid software and good people

Solid software and the owner makes himself available to speak directly to customers. They even were able to throw in a feature at no cost in exchange for in-kind.

High Price / Low Quality Software / Regular Attention

Our experience with Ordering.co also called orderingonlinesystem.com was dire in every way.

Surely, when you read this commentary you will try to eliminate it or claim it in all senses but before this we must say that firstly, IF WE HAVE BEEN CUSTOMERS and secondly that everything I am going to say I have enough evidence to prove it is true.

In our case we acquired the most expensive monthly package which is the platinum, nothing more and nothing less than 599$ per me and this is the treatment you get.

Customer service.

The CO-FOUNDER Alonso according to the last mail from him is only to sell, no matter what time of day you try to sell according to the BEST SOFTWARE on the planet and once sold will not get back to talk to him. To our company from one day to another it blocks to us of the Whatsapp, without reason some and I annul to us a meeting by Google Meets because according to its mail " The appointments with me are only for purchases 100% new or to add new elements (purchases) to the same one. In my opinion and as the CEO of a company I never in my life block a client from two different Whatsapp numbers and I cancel a meeting, HE IS MY CLIENT!

To end the opinion of customer service because indicate that according to the words of an employee of yours (and I have screenshot) are only four technicians in support and support in Spanish you can only get by two people Ernesto and Carlos from 17:00 hours in Spain (when in Spain no longer works practically). You only have attention in English around 10:00 hours in Spain by a girl named Lora.

Evaluation of the product. (I indicate everything that I asked by mail and they answered me)

In our view the product is far below its main competitor on the quality/price level, which if you search the Internet you will find quickly.

1.- They indicate that the platform is multi-lingual: At least in the Spanish language it is NOT THAT way, you have to lose practically a day translating the platform on your own since you find words that if someone from Spain reads them they will laugh. Words like "El los pedidas realizados" and so hundreds of words and phrases mistranslated.

2.- Billing to Restaurants: They do not have automatic invoicing, where for example when from the platform you can indicate a percentage of sale or fixed amount for all customers. Although independently you can apply a special percentage to each customer. The system is manual, that is, if you have 500 shops every month you must go from shop to shop applying the percentage or fixed cost and be able to invoice. Your competition does.

3.- Invoicing of Distribution to Restaurants: You can't define the costs of delivery to restaurants either, it's the restaurants themselves that define their own delivery area and prices per zone. So the question is, if a restaurant applies the price it wants, for example, 1 euro to deliver to a 10 km zone? According to the company's mail if you want to limit something by users it requires an extra customization, of course it's paying an extra in addition to the 599$ per month.

4.- App dealers: First of all the APP of the dealers does not have any information, only adjustments to indicate whether you are available or not, your personal data and photo, and nothing else. The dealers do not know at any time how much commission they take per order, you can see the total amount earned per day, week or month. THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY INFORMATION. In addition, you only have the option to send the order to the nearest dealer.

5. You can not customize the e-mails and add the legal text that in Spain is mandatory. According to your mail, you require an extra quote.

6. For 599$/month you only have a web template.

Finally they guarantee the money back within 24 hours if you are not satisfied within 14 days. Let's see if it's true.

I find it unfair that you talk that our competitors are better when you came to us because you already asked for a refund from your provider from India.

Yes, I had to block you from my PRIVATE PHONE NUMBER because you kept calling me constantly over 10 times in the same night with FaceTime and WhatsApp around 3:30 am my time of Berlin, Germany, even when I have explained kindly I would help on the next working day.

Also, I have assigned the Director of Support (Arturo Ortiz) to help you during our working times.

You knew we have the same timezone because you are in Madrid, Spain. You knew I am in Berlin because I told you about this personally.

I also explained that you can find our support team in all channels using our contact us page during working hours. The same way that I inform everyone personally.

We never published that ALL support agents speak Spanish and we have over 8 agents already who speak Spanish. We are not a Spanish company either. We are Ordering, USA.

Andrea, Marcos, Pol, Ramon, Mauricio, Carlos, Luis, Jorge, Elliot, Sergio and 3 new members.

1. The software is 100% multi-lingual as shown every day in the live-conferences & daily lesson in our Ordering University. You can change any word without coding.

2. The automatic invoicing is done, and it is shown also in the Ordering University and tutorials.

3. Same as No 2.

4. There is a complete invoicing system for commissions for stores. Same as No. 2.

5. We can customize any E-mail for you if necessary.

6. We are not a template. We are a complete software with more than 6 Apps as shown in the demos.

Ordering.co is the best full on solution for delivery services.

Ordering co is the ultimate solution for an online delivery service. A full on solution to this huge problem. I really enjoy using their platform, easy to use and very concise. The guides are also very helpful, as well as their very good and responsive support team.

Would 100% recommend to any one that wants a solution to an online store for delivery.

Great Service.

I wish I would have found these guys when I started my company three years ago. We endured two years of dreadful service bouncing from teams to individuals who promised they could deliver and it was always such a hassle. For a non-tech person like me ordering.co ended up being the right solution. One year in and I haven’t had to contact them about a single problem; knock on wood!

On-demand delivery software with the best customer service

With every new software or platform you will face some problems. Which is absolutely normal. But I must say that the customer service is fabulous from ORDERING.co. Special thanks to Lora who helped me to get started with creating the store, make it visible to the front-end and also for setting the options for each product. So, if you are reading this, you propertly looking for new software and you are looking for a good customer service with an awsome on-demand delivery software.....
