High Price / Low Quality Software / Regular Attention
Our experience with Ordering.co also called orderingonlinesystem.com was dire in every way.
Surely, when you read this commentary you will try to eliminate it or claim it in all senses but before this we must say that firstly, IF WE HAVE BEEN CUSTOMERS and secondly that everything I am going to say I have enough evidence to prove it is true.
In our case we acquired the most expensive monthly package which is the platinum, nothing more and nothing less than 599$ per me and this is the treatment you get.
Customer service.
The CO-FOUNDER Alonso according to the last mail from him is only to sell, no matter what time of day you try to sell according to the BEST SOFTWARE on the planet and once sold will not get back to talk to him. To our company from one day to another it blocks to us of the Whatsapp, without reason some and I annul to us a meeting by Google Meets because according to its mail " The appointments with me are only for purchases 100% new or to add new elements (purchases) to the same one. In my opinion and as the CEO of a company I never in my life block a client from two different Whatsapp numbers and I cancel a meeting, HE IS MY CLIENT!
To end the opinion of customer service because indicate that according to the words of an employee of yours (and I have screenshot) are only four technicians in support and support in Spanish you can only get by two people Ernesto and Carlos from 17:00 hours in Spain (when in Spain no longer works practically). You only have attention in English around 10:00 hours in Spain by a girl named Lora.
Evaluation of the product. (I indicate everything that I asked by mail and they answered me)
In our view the product is far below its main competitor on the quality/price level, which if you search the Internet you will find quickly.
1.- They indicate that the platform is multi-lingual: At least in the Spanish language it is NOT THAT way, you have to lose practically a day translating the platform on your own since you find words that if someone from Spain reads them they will laugh. Words like "El los pedidas realizados" and so hundreds of words and phrases mistranslated.
2.- Billing to Restaurants: They do not have automatic invoicing, where for example when from the platform you can indicate a percentage of sale or fixed amount for all customers. Although independently you can apply a special percentage to each customer. The system is manual, that is, if you have 500 shops every month you must go from shop to shop applying the percentage or fixed cost and be able to invoice. Your competition does.
3.- Invoicing of Distribution to Restaurants: You can't define the costs of delivery to restaurants either, it's the restaurants themselves that define their own delivery area and prices per zone. So the question is, if a restaurant applies the price it wants, for example, 1 euro to deliver to a 10 km zone? According to the company's mail if you want to limit something by users it requires an extra customization, of course it's paying an extra in addition to the 599$ per month.
4.- App dealers: First of all the APP of the dealers does not have any information, only adjustments to indicate whether you are available or not, your personal data and photo, and nothing else. The dealers do not know at any time how much commission they take per order, you can see the total amount earned per day, week or month. THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY INFORMATION. In addition, you only have the option to send the order to the nearest dealer.
5. You can not customize the e-mails and add the legal text that in Spain is mandatory. According to your mail, you require an extra quote.
6. For 599$/month you only have a web template.
Finally they guarantee the money back within 24 hours if you are not satisfied within 14 days. Let's see if it's true.
