I would say they are a scam, but they she refund me right away, after weeks of toying with me, and not being able to keep track of what excuse they wanted to use. What REALLY upsets me is that I had a vacation in mind and told them about it. I got told "rest assured, your medication will ship this week", just to have it not shipped and then waiting another week until I told them I was going to report them unless they gave me my money back, which they did. But it wasn't until then that they said they were sorry, and that there was unexpected processing error. Before that, they kept saying it was the pharmacies fault for the delay. In any case... all those weeks, of stringing me along when I could have gone with someone else and started medication by then. And then something weird about finding their page on Facebook, talking with someone on there, sending a message back that said "failed" and the page had disappeared... EVERYTHING about Orderly feels shady

I went through the ordering process and was approved on 01-15-26. Confirmed, got another message on 01-20 stating the prescription was sent to the pharmacy. Received another text on 01-25 apologizing for the delay in processing my order and an assurance it would be completed the following week. I sent a message on 01-28 checking on the status since it still hadn't been sent and received no response.
Received another message from Ren at OrderlyMeds on 02-02 stating they could no longer proceed with this order as the medication was out of stock. I was told I could cancel the order and get a refund or switch medications to one that was double the price and would likely still take 3 weeks to receive. Responded on 02-02, same day, that this solution was unacceptable to me and to please cancel my order and process a refund.
Received another message from James at Orderlymeds on 02-03 stating that the pharmacy informed them that supply and shipping challenges were likely to increase due to bad weather, and that they could also not cancel my order any longer since the pharmacy was working to process and ship it. At this point I had already placed an order with a different company since I was told the current order I had with Orderlymeds was canceled on 02-02. I informed James of this on 02-03 and asked that my order be canceled as was originally stated and to process my refund. Was then told he would reach out to their escalation team but could not guarantee the order would be canceled or a refund issued.
Today on 02-04 I was told the order was shipped and received a tracking number.
How on earth did the item go from out of stock and delayed to shipped in the span of 3 business days after I was told the order would be canceled? I feel like the cancelation message was a deliberate attempt to get me to purchase a more expensive medication after an unnecessary delay in shipping. I have informed them I still expect a refund since I was told the order was canceled and then placed an order with a different company the day after, so we will see what their response is.
Ultimately I feel like this company as a whole is a scam and only actually ships things after an attempt to sell more expensive products and multiple delays and miscommunications.

Worst company ever! I put in an order with them on January 12th and it’s now January 27th and I still haven’t received my medication. I asked for a refund and they said no. Customer service is very poor at communicating any problems they might be having with the pharmacy they work with. That I had to call numerous times for an update on my order.

The most incompetent unethical business you will encounter. Sent 3 weeks of product instead of 3 months , either through maliciousness or incompetence refuse to understand or rectify the issue. Changed dosage without notifying, and less of the new product regardless. Product is low quality and constantly had issues with delivery and customer service. I have no idea how this company has not been shut down
Editing review based on orderly’s response - this is them still refusing to accept responsibility or address the issue. There was not enough product sent even at their ‘new dosage’, due to their own incompetence or an unstable and evaporating product. They have blocked any actual attempt to resolve this issue and copy and paste the same response every time. Thankfully my credit card company agrees with me

Another one star because after multiple failed attempts at communication all I get are text saying we will expedite this. We will talk to our expedition team. There is no expedition team. This company gives you the runaround. You do not get a product and they do not want to give you a refund. It is a terrible company stay away.

Laura was great and super understanding! She put in a case to have my order delayed because of the winter storm. The order ended up getting delivered the next day anyway (it ended up being too late to be able to delay) so it was fine but I really appreciate her help and willingness to do what she can to assist.

Worst customer service! Placed an order on January 6 and still no medication!Do not trust this company! I was told that they escalated my order 3 times but still nothing has even shipped and pharmacy does not ship on Friday or Saturday. I am reporting them to my bank and to the better business bureau!
They send the same response every time you send a message. Can’t even reply to my messages.

I am only give four stars because it started out rocky. However, the customer service experience has been much better. My only complaint would be the communication and turn around time. But after we got it all squared away, it was easy like Sunday morning. I am excited to be on this journey with Orderly Meds.

Do not use this company, they charge your credit card then tell you that your script is being sent to a pharmacy and then after two weeks I had to follow up and then was told that the pharmacy did not have my dosage. I asked for a refund and instead of refunding the money they charged my card again.
I am beyond frustrated. You can’t speak to anyone on a phone, you have to use their app to text and then it takes another 24 hours for someone to respond.
Please save your time and aggravation. I have used other companies. I’ve never had a problem like this!!
