This company is very difficult to work with if you need customer service. They use AI to text their customers, and it doesn't work well. It takes days to get an answer to any questions or document requests I have. There's no way to call a person and get them on the phone to assist - customers are stuck in automated loops that don't provide resolution. I'd rate zero stars if possible.

Buyer beware. I have been completely scammed by the company. I was told my prescription was sent to the pharmacy on 2/8, but after following up a week later, was told there was a processing error and they were working on a resolution. After following up multiple more times, I have been given no solution or refund. They didn’t reply to my last two messages at all.

I was very weary about the tirzepatide. I had read stuff about the side effects and issues people were having, and I didn’t want any part of it…Until someone that I actually know posted that she had been using it for 3 months and shared a before and after photo! I preferred from her referral link and I have not had any side effects! I am so glad I joined this team and can’t wait to show my own before and after pictures soon!

OrderlyMeds has been consistent in their support. Prompt shipment and check-ins along the way. Ran into a hiccup in check-in for renewal but they were quick to respond and working on fixing it. So far I'm very happy with them and my results so far. Down 15 pounds since December.

Worst in class customer service
I have told this company at least 5 times to no longer contact me. I have spammed their phone number, file bad reviews for their continues harassment and spoken to them by text and email to stop. They continue to contact me as if they are too slow to figure you that you do not harass your customers. If I have my choice, you will NEVER get another dollar from me or anyone I know.
Notice my review from Jan 25, 2026, exact same issue. Still trying to harass me into buying from them. I will do my very best to leave a negative review every time they contact me, until they understand that you will NOT BULLY ME OUT OF MY MONEY. GET LOST!

The meds they sent had a by use date that was months and months old. They claim it is deemed safe - which it may in fact be. I did not see the by use date until almost half way though the trial period when I was feeling no effects. Old trizepatides lose efficacy and should not be sold. When I reached out repeatedly, I only got copy/paste replies that say it’s fine to take expired medication according to their pharmacy. They then said the by use date was almost a year old and the one on the bottle was an updated date (cleared by their supposed tests) which was still months old. Total scam and waste of time and money.

I received an injectable medication vial that was expired at the time I used it. After that, the solution became cloudy and I could see visible particles/flakes. This is unacceptable and raises serious safety concerns for an injectable medication. I contacted support and expected a clear, written resolution, but the responses have been slow and have not directly addressed the core issue. The company should improve quality control before shipping, and provide timely, straightforward resolution when a safety issue is reported.

I had a great experience. Took a few weeks to receive the medication but it makes me feel better knowing the doctor and pharmacist actually took time to review my information instead of just handing out GLP-1s the same day. They had a good promotion for 3 months. I like they don’t make you commit to any subscription with auto pay and don’t keep your billing information on file. They are also very responsive by message. I like this company and will be using them for GLP-1

I originally placed an order with no follow up from the company on next steps until I called customer support. They stated my order got stuck somehow in their system. I finally got an appointment to speak to a provider so I could move forward with getting a prescription, but this was 2 weeks after the initial order was placed. The prescription was sent to the pharmacy, but this led to the second problem. One week later and it still didn’t show me which pharmacy it got sent to and no info was shared with me about when to expect it. I reached out to customer support, they told me there was a problem with the pharmacy so they were moving my order. This leads to now one month after placing my order and I still don’t have anything, I reach out to customer support again and I’m told my order is still in medical review. Do not use this company unless you want the run around and to not receive what you paid for.

When my insurance wouldn’t approve the prescribed name-brand semaglutide, I started researching other options online. After trying an oral pill combination from another company, I decided to give Orderly Semaglutide a try. I’m currently on week six of the starter pack and already down 13 pounds. This company is horrible!! Do not do business with them!! They tried to scam me out of $350 and to this day continue to harass me with unrelenting bot text messages constantly!! I have asked them multiple times to cancel my account and to stop contacting me and they refuse….it is harassment at this point!!

After being on Orderly Meds for three months I ordered my next two months of medication. After waiting two weeks and asking them when it would ship, I kept being told they would keep me posted. Finally, after calling them, I found out they were out of the medication and I was told to wait it out. I waited another week but I had no idea how long it would take so this put my weight loss journey at risk and I had to find another provider. I sent this message to Orderly to cancel my order. "I have had enough of this frustrating situation. You are FIRED! You're fired for poor communication because you knew you didn't have meds to send to patients, yet you continued to keep this information from us. You're fired because you don't care about our weight loss journey because if you did, you would have let us know that we needed to find another provider until you were able to get more medication. You decided to just let us wait it out and risk setting us back in our weight loss journey, and finally, you're fired for being unreliable and someone we can't trust. Please cancel my order and my account because I would never put my health in your hands ever again."

Their medication works for me but their customer portal and communication are seriously lacking. The biggest problem I have is the complete disconnect between their messages and their accuracy. For example, I get messages saying "it's time to check in". So I go to check in and NO - you can't check in yet. You must wait a week. What?! Similar issue when I first started. Told all was approved and ready to go. I had changed from another company who had shipping errors. When it came time for meds to ship from Orderly... nope. We need the RX from your previous provider. Fine... but why didn't you tell me that 2 weeks ago so there'd be no delays. I will be looking for a new provider soon. Beyond frustrating
