They are good at sending health tips, but not at shipping the product. It’s been two full weeks but I still don’t have a shipping date or a status. Their order status line says they are behind in processing orders and customer service is a recording. All requested information has been provided. At this time, I cannot recommend using Orderly Meds until they catch up with existing orders. If you order now, be prepared to wait.
Update:// Upgrading from 1 star to 3 stars for their service recovery efforts. Before writing this review, I checked both email and my account for any updates or instructions. There were none. Then I call customer service and had the experience mentioned above. Right after this review was posted, Orderly Meds called and said they were waiting for more information and helped me navigate through the menus to find it as there were no Alerts there. I responded to the message, and a few days later received a message that the RX was sent to the pharmacy. The meds arrived a few days after that. Had they not contacted me after this review, I guess I’d still be waiting. But, I am now 2 weeks in and the meds are working fine.

Terrible customer service and it is hard to get a live person. My medication showed up about half full and they won’t even respond with anything but a AI type generated response. I would not use this company. They scam you with a tiny and pointless dosage for four weeks at the begining to. Ask any supplier what the plan is before you buy. Regardless of my quantity concern. I can not tell you enough how bad the customer service is here. It is unbelievable.

I received medication with a different concentration and dosing instructions than what was prescribed, raising safety concerns. The medication is ineffective compared to prior treatment. When I contacted Orderly Meds, they did not provide a resolution, would not allow me to change pharmacies, and would not offer a refund. Customers are not given transparency or choice regarding the compounding pharmacy used. I also requested a COA to verify the medication’s quality and concentration, which has not been provided.

Sold faulty medication. Refuses to refund and unilaterally decides on a one month credit. Every response from customer service has been willfully obtuse to the situation. They run circles in responses as if they are going to do something and never actually takes accountability or refunds. Actively pretends they don't understand.
They sold open vials. And then blamed me for not inspecting the vials and reporting within 48 hrs per thier policy. I did inspect. They looked fine, but the medications were not actually sealed and the medication was just open. The way I found out they were faulty was when the medication was lacking and the last vial was empty because the open and unsealed vials leaked/evaporated in storage.
Of course I didn't want a credit and buy more product from a place that has this kind of quality and response. I want a refund. They still gave the same bottled responses regurgitating their policy when vials appeared fine on arrival. Sent pictures. then they requested the same information again and again. BEWARE: They aren't doing anything to resolve it. They are selling faulty products, INJECTABLE MEDICATION, and find nothing wrong with that or won't make it right.

Edit: Called the number given and service rep had no idea why I was calling.i again asked for a full refund and for them to let me know how to send their medications back to them or dispose of properly. She said she couldn't make those decisions and someone would call me back.... Still waiting
The ordering process was terrible, CC was charged then nothing for several days, lots of messages back and forth. Finally my 3 month supply shipped. Arrived quickly and packaged well. Unfortunately each vile has a BUD of 4/4/26 this is fine for the first month but the next two will be past the BUD before I have even opened them. The viles are also printed with a "not for resale" on the bottle.
After reaching out several times I was sent a letter and told that there should be a sticker on the lid of each vial that should have a different bud date. That should be good BUD. The letter was from pro RX. When I looked at my vials there is no sticker and my vials came from casa RX not pro RX
I was told I would be getting a call from somebody to resolve this but instead I got another text stating that the BUD is fine and I should just go ahead and use the medication.
I've outlined all of the above with pictures and asked for a refund/order cancellation

I strongly urge anyone considering Orderly Meds to do serious research before trusting them with your health or your money.
My experience with this telehealth weight-loss service has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. After meeting with the provider, I was clearly told I would transition to the 7.5 dose. Instead, Orderly Meds sent the wrong prescription dosage and then blamed their “system limitations” rather than correcting the issue. Customer service refused to resolve it and simply told me a supervisor would call within 24–48 hours, which is unacceptable when patients are paying for medical care.
There seems to be a major disconnect between what the doctor recommends and what the company actually sends to patients. If you are paying for access to a provider, the treatment plan should actually be followed. Instead, I was started on the lowest starting dose of Tirzepatide, even though I had previously been on the highest dose of semaglutide.
Even more concerning, I followed a healthy diet and consistent exercise routine for 6 months and did not lose a single pound while using medication from this company. A couple years ago, with a different provider prescribing semaglutide, I lost 50 pounds in 6 months, so I know my body responds to these medications when they are legitimate and properly managed.
This experience has made me seriously question the pharmacies used and the quality of the medication being sent. When you are dealing with prescription medications, patients deserve confidence that everything is handled properly and under appropriate standards.
At this point, I do not trust Orderly Meds at all. I am now fighting tooth and nail to either receive the correct medication that was originally prescribed or to get my money refunded. The amount of runaround and lack of accountability has been unbelievable.
Because of this experience, I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau regarding these business practices. Patients deserve transparency, proper prescriptions, and responsive customer service when dealing with something as important as their health.
This has been an extremely disappointing and stressful experience, and unfortunately I cannot recommend Orderly Meds to anyone based on how my situation has been handled.

I used this company for GLP-1 meds.
I got ZERO affect from what they sent.
The first week I was on it I asked for a COA. I didn’t get it for over a month.
My second vial was on the FDA list of potentially contaminated vials.
Of course Orderlymeds said it was safe to use.
They said it wasn’t on the FDA list but it was!
I refused to use it and offered to return the vial.
I disputed the charge with my credit card company and sent them proof that my vial was on the FDA list.
Orderlymeds is now calling me. I am not going to pay for something I couldn’t use.
I asked several times to have my information removed from their website. They refuse. They tell me it has been removed but it hasn’t.
I also question why I was sent vials past BUD.
Of course they have an answer to that.
What they sent me didn’t work. Not in the least.
I switched to a different company and I felt immediate affect from them.
I have to question whether they are sending actual GLP 1 meds.

I do NOT recommend OrderlyMeds.
I signed up and paid, and everything seemed quick at first. But after that, it turned into nothing but delays excuses and runaround. I was told my order would move forward quickly but instead my information kept getting “lost” or delayed due to “system glitches” I had to resend documents multiple times because THEIR system wasn’t working properly I was charged immediately but no real progress was made on my prescription. Communication was inconsistent and slow unless I pushed hard what makes it worse is that I had to repeatedly follow up just to get basic updates. Nothing moved forward until I started demanding answers and talking about a refund. This experience has been frustrating time wasting and honestly unacceptable especially when you’re dealing with something as important as your health after doing more research, I see I’m NOT the only one. Many people report being charged without receiving medication long delays with no clear answers poor communication after payment is taken even online discussions show similar issues with delays missing orders and needing chargebacks just to get money back.
Bottom line:
If you’re thinking about using this company, be careful. The process is not smooth and you may end up chasing your order or your money.

I quit orderly. They sent my semi on 10/30 and a BUD of 11/4. I didn't catch on to this at first but when it didn't seem to work I realized it. Called and was told a large batch was purchased in case there were bans. Was told it would be reviewed but as of yet they have not offered to make it right

I placed my order on 2/23/26 i have yet to hear back or any type of response from anyone about my order! Despite multiple calls/texts and emails! No updates or anything! Will update as soon as I hear back from them it’s looking very sketchy and even dispute charges with my bank if I don’t hear anything back from them
