I bought some mid priced jewellery from Orelia and was excited when it arrived. Lovely design. But the necklace broke within three months and is now tarnished too, and to make matters worse, I’ve been emailing them for a month now and have had absolutely no reply. I’m really frustrated and disappointed.

***in response to Orelia’s comment: please could you find the emails I’ve sent to your customer services team instead? I’ve lost my order number so I’ve had to give you personal data like my address to help find it. I’ve sent three or four emails - either directly or via your website with no reply - so you hopefully can find them.***
