These chocolate creamy cookies are absolutely beautiful and fantastically designed, I just finished gobbling down an Oreo ice pop and let’s just say i almost passed out from all its glory, the flavours are just exquisite and I will 1000% be recommending to my peers. Sincerely- Isobel

Ordered custom cookies. Got verified order number. Called after 3 weeks, they see the order but unsure why it was not filled. Terrible customer service. Never mind they were for a birthday, customer service even said how nice they looked for the event. Never mind we won't get them in time. Don't order from them!!

I place my order in time for Father's Day it's still not here and does not appear that it will be here in time! I called customer service and I listen to a woman for over 32 minutes speak of racial, slavery and gay people in her family. She did not know i was on the phone listening! No wonder my order is lost

They advertise for custom Oreos for a certain holiday, but refuse to fill the order in time, with 2 full weeks in advance to do it.

Can get no info on my order placed on 5/24/24.
Will never order ever again .

I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered. If I were thinking about ordering I would pay complete attention to all the negative reviews that you read. The expectations that the company implies and the attention to detail tgat their advertising makes it seem they do are way way way off. Customer service does not return calls as they say they will follow up and do. I’m completely disappointed all around with this company. The way they advertise, had me so excited and I was so proud to be doing something like this for my daughter. I was so build up and now I feel so devastated with the results and treatment of how the company, simply didn’t handle it or actually care about my issue. Be very cautious with choosing to order from this company. People do not look to purchase things like this, that are looking to be disappointed or looking to complain or have an issue. I honestly feel if someone presents an issue to the company, they should make every effort they can to make it right. Instead of come up with every excuse to brush the issue off.

I just picked up my favorite double stuffed Oreos. Is it just me or did they reduce the amount in the package again? Cookies are barely double stuffed!
Also, I would hardly consider these cookies double stuffed.

I have ordered 3 separate times. Put the wrong shipping address on the second order. Emailed them 3 times 2 phone calls 30min on hold to get no answers. I will never order again. Called back again 7 times kept hanging up on me with out answering. Stay away not to mention the cookies are $10 each.

Over the weekend, instead of the unknown brands I always prefer, I bought Oreo rolls that look full in their box design. When I opened the package, I was shocked because there were only 9 rolls in total in the box. OK so far, they wrote this on the box in a discreet way, but I don't think anyone will read this detail. The main problem was that all the rolls that appeared full on the box were completely empty. Shouldn't these have cream in them? Even products sold at half price contain more rolls and are loaded with cream. Isn't this cheating the customer? I took photos of all of them one by one, when you look at one side of the roll you can see the other side because they are empty.

do not order any specialty cookies from them. I’ve tried calling leaving messages. I’ve emailed them since April 11 and still no response on where my order is and I ordered it early so I could have it for a bridal shower which is on April 28, but it looks like, I’m not going to get them in time since nobody returns messages

The amount of cream filling in the Oreo Thins has been noticeably cut, maybe 50%. Customer Service admits the package weight has gone down from 10.1 ounces to 9.21 ounces.

Unfortunately I ordered BEFORE reading the below reviews. Great idea, terrible execution. Customer service is completely unhelpful. I ordered on the 16th. Checked my order status: it said completed. Called for clarity- I was told that was an error and it’s 8-10 processing time. I asked for more info and if the error could be corrected. Of course not. 3 + weeks for 4 cookies is crazy. Also their recording prompter doesn’t make sense. Gives off fraud over a reputable company vibes. Order at your own risk ⛔️

Ordered on the 1st, 8 days later no word 12 days later I get a response "I'll contact you when I have an answer" zero word back by day 14 (not including weekends) I filed a claim with my bank. Still zero response, stole my money and made me fight to get it back.

Update: Order finally showed up after I went on their social media and made it public. Their response was "it's been shipped so its been settled". Zero word and a month late.

First time I bought Oreo thins. My opinion, it's a winner!

Just ordered a ton of custom designed cookies from OreoID (at least $400 worth). Once you order, Oreo can not make any corrections....and their order process does not catch address mistakes. Most sites run a check of address you entered but not OreoID, they accept any typo and no one can fix.

I had the correct address and zipcode but selected wrong state from dropdown by accident. I noticed after order complete and immediately contacted support. No response. 4 days later I followed up, no response. So I called.

They said, nope we cant change anything on order. We saw your email but now we cant find it. (and no one ever responded) They said, maybe Fedex will figure it out. (well that is helpful...they also said maybe I could call once order is on its way)

BTW, their customer support line recording makes sure to tell you, All Sales Are Final to ensure quality products you are expecting from Oreo...??? WTH does that even mean.

Was so excited about a great gift for our clients.., key word is Was...

Horrible there double stuff is the same as the regular ones, I think that's false advertisement. They use to be much bigger now u can't tell the difference between regular and the double stuff

Their cookies are smaller per unit. They have less per package and prices increased the past year. Don’t buy them. Make your own
