Unfortunately I didnt revive the package for the second time. Really frustrating.

I do love these shirts! I will say though, I have 3 medium t shirts, and they all are slightly different sizes which is so odd! I also bought a large, but it was a small with a large on the tag!

The return process was smooth though. I think i’ll get a few more. Hopefully they are consistent!

Just the best post-sales support ever! I purchased a set of trunks a year ago. Some of them had clear manufacturing issues and had holes within the first months of use.

After raising the issue with them, they sent a replacement without any hesitation. Really durable and quality clothing that otherwise take full responsibility and act accordingly.

Organic Basics is now an Israeli company. Did you know that, in 2022, Organic Basics was bought by Israeli textile and licensing corporation Delta Galil? As Venetia La Manna reports: "Organic Basics is profiting from apartheid, as both Delta Galil and Delta Israel operate on illegally occupied land." I loved their products first, but now I will never buy Organic Basics again.

i learned about this company because I work in a company with a huge Copenhagen employee population. I was little frustrated that my order was sent out but the tracking had not updated for days. Victoria dealt with it and now my order is on its way. Thankful for good customer service hard to come by after covid.

I've lost my couponcode and was quickly and friendly helped by the nice customer service of Organic Basics. So I was able to do another purchase.

I was confused about a return and they got back to me quickly with answers. The quality of Organic basics customer service is rivaled only by the quality of their products.

The pants I ordered were too long for no reason

I just moved from one city to another and whilst ordering, my phone auto changed the address I had put in. This was in the afternoon when working hours were already over so I couldn’t call anyone. I looked up what to do and got referred to their chatbot which then sent the customer center a message on my behalf and the next morning 9am sharp I got a email response. Victoria who wrote the emails was very helpful and responded very quickly (I was quite surprised by how fast) and they sorted out the issue for me no problem. I was positively surprised by how helpful and uncomplicated they were and appreciate the help.

I love Organic Basics. I had a return and Christian was so helpful. I’m excited for my next purchase!

I love that the core thongs are GOTS organic. They are comfortable and very breathable. On the downside, I had issues with the stitching of the core thongs coming apart. Victoria with Organics Basics was very quick to assist me with my issue, as well as very pleasant and professional, and is sending me replacements for the thongs for which I had issues. Customer service is very good with this company and I would be willing try out their other products. Five stars for the GOTS organic certification and the customer service.

I had a beautiful experience with the company so far. The items I ordered the first time were of excellent quality. Comfortable to my body and the fabrics were very nice.
Isabelle from the customer care team was very helpful and replied the soonest possible regarding a problem with my parcel.

The fabrik is great. But I feel fooled by the advertisement, that there is no returning fee. Yes, thats true but you have to pay 12 euro shipping fee from austria to return it.

I generally like Organic Basics, but I just learnt it has been bought by an Israeli corporation. Since I dont wont to support this Genocidal and Occupying entity I wont procure from it again. Unless it made official declarations on how they aren’t supporting the crimes committed by them

I’m really happy with the quality of the products I buy from Organic Basics — the materials are excellent and feel great to wear. However, I find it frustrating that most of the tops are too small and almost everything is a crop top. It would be wonderful if you could offer more regular-length tops as well.
