Great quality and communication is super quick and efficient!

Organic Basics has great products that fit very comfortable and with a feminine look and are more sustainable and ethically made. I take my Flex Hipster and Naked Rib undies with me every where I travel around the world. I recently had a problem with one of the products and experienced great customer service and received a store credit in return. Thank you Organic Basics!

I had an issue with the product and they had a very good system for reporting and giving that info. I was promptly given a refund. Very happy with the product and company.

Some of the worst quality clothing I have ever received. I'm not a large person, but would have to size up multiple sizes for a basic top to fit. Additionally, the seams are more often than not crooked and I always receive at least one defective item in an order. I packaged my defective items for return and requested a prepaid return label. I was told that a picture needed to be provided before I was allowed to return said defective items, which is illegal. I know my consumer rights. If you are unable to provide a picture (though it's much better if you can take one for your records), you are still eligible to return items you've paid for that arrive "not as advertised". Additionally, after returning said items with the prepaid label I was finally given (USPS said they were delivered), I receive an e-mail from the same employee ("Livia") stating that I (yet again) needed to send a photo in order for the return to be processed. Huh? You idiots have the items. I shouldn't have to contact the DCA, the Attorney General's Office and FTC in order to receive a refund for a defective top. Really and truly not worth your time.

ETA: I have treated your employees with the utmost respect but when my return/refund is withheld after you receive the items back, don't expect me to be polite. Again, you are welcome to ask customers for a photo but requiring it is illegal. If someone does not have access to a camera (for any reason), they are still entitled, by law, to a refund and free return - period.

Great customer service - my return query was dealt with very promptly, and the items I did keep I loved so much I ended up buying more!

Exchanging items not straight forward. Although happy to be credited for return fee as credit. Seemed quite uninterested that the quality was not up to scratch! A shame considering price point

they are really helpful and nice, they are also trying out new technoogies and for me is a plus even if sometimes bots or agents are still not the best way to handling things, but kudos to them that have a real person handlig it in case

I love organic basics. Their clothing is amazing and I feel good about purchasing as I have switched to nontoxic products. The quality is fantastic and I actually just purchased a bra and it is hands-down the best bra I’ve ever worn. I feel so beautiful and so sexy. I never thought a bra could do that.

My Package did not arrive and I received very fast help! A new delivery was initiated and everything went well. I am so very grateful <3 they were very nice

I accidentally ordered the wrong underwear. When I went to return them I got flustered and sent a note to customer service. Lovely Livia jumped in and took care of the entire exchange without a hitch. Now my correct soft and comfy undies are on the way! Excellent Customer Service and quality products!!

I absolutely love the products I purchased from the shop, however I had a problem with the thongs. They were very helpful and we found a solution that was good for both.

Unfortunately, a few weeks ago I found out that this great brand was bought by an Israeli company and they have since lost their Eco-Stylist certification. A pity.

Super comfortable, soft, great fit, from underwear to loungewear and activewear. Great customer support, delivery on time and best of all
Sustainable on all important levels. I keep coming back for more everytime, and essentially do not buy underwear or activewear from any other brand anymore. 😃

Very happy with the product itself, I’ve been recommending to a my friends and family who are switching to clean clothes. I did have to return some products just because they didn’t fit me the way I was hoping and the process to get my return gift card back was long and complicated. I did eventually receive it, and it will be used to buy some of the comfiest underwear I have put on my body.

I have already different products from Organic Basics and (especially) underwear is high-end quality. Production seems to be very sustainable and the ecological thinking of the brand itself is very appealing. I have good feeling when I buy something from them. Returns are super easy and customer service is very fast. If you are looking for top quality underwear, I highly recommend Organic Basics.
