Box of formula arrived in a wet cardboard…
Box of formula arrived in a cardboard box that is soaked through and musty smelling. There’s water on the formula cans. I do not feel safe using this formula for my baby. No way to return or refund.
Update: given that the formula is soaked in an unknown substance and as a parent I do not feel safe giving this to my baby, Organic’s best was able to resolve my issue fairly quickly. Very satisfied with the outcome.

Our family has been using Holle since 2016. We've ordered from a few websites before but this company definitely stood out. When one of our shipments got delayed due to customs issues, I was able to text them and get a response right away. They sent us a couple of cans to tide us over FOR FREE to make sure we have enough until our order arrives. Unfortunately, when the original order arrived 3 out of 4 cans were dented. I reported this to them. They sent 3 cans as replacement. For the record, neither of these issues is their fault but they gladly followed up and came up with resolutions. Customer service is astounding! Quality of the product is amazing!

It is the best!
We have used Organic's Best with our eldest and she did very well with the HiPP powder formula. Once we had our second, we knew it was a no brainer to use Organic's Best again.
Besides the HiPP powder formula, we have also purchased the ready to go HiPP bottles, HiPP puree jars, Holle cereal, and Holle pouches. We truly love the products they offer.
Organic's Best is extremely great when it comes to shipping, it is the fastest by far! They have been including the HiPP fruit pouches which my eldest loves! I wish they had this as an option to purchase because I would love to get them. I highly recommend Organic's Best for your purchases. They are trustworthy, reliable and great!

I didn't intend to make a purchase; I've already sent the duplicate order without any notice and they refuse to refund. It's frustrating. My baby has outgrown that formula, and it's quite costly!
