My package was completely destroyed…
Edit- customer service quickly refunded me but it took a bad review to get noticed.
My package was completely destroyed when it arrived at my house late. It was wet and formula was everywhere. I emailed and called and still have yet to hear from customer service.

I must say that the customer service…
I must say that the customer service that i was provided was second to none , my formula was stuck in customs for two weeks and they sent me two free cans to get me through until the formula arrived. They answered me promptly and even followed up via text message to see if I received the formula. I recommend this company all day every day. They are incredible.

We couldn’t recommend Organic’s Best enough. This company is on point with their products and the shipping is always on time and quick! For products coming from Europe to the USA, we never have any issues with this company. We have used the Holle formula for both of our children (two-under-two), and even the company has the English translation on the website!
