My card was declined due to suspected…

My card was declined due to suspected fraud, I was responding to them, when Chloe called me. She expedited process and walked me through options . I am eagerly waiting shipment of my oriole hearing aids.

Awful experience with this company

Awful experience with this company, my elderly mother did not realise they were based in US, 3 weeks after order was placed the hearing aids still hadn't even shipped so I asked for a refund. Then followed nearly two months and 28 emails between us of excuses, tracking links that showed nothing, blaming us for incorrect addresses etc until they refused to refund us and stopped replying to me. I recovered the money through raising a dispute with her credit card company. Oricle did apologise eventually for this but this in no way compensates for what they put us through. Be warned!

They whistle whenever they feel like

They whistle whenever they feel like, turn down volume and I can't hear. Weather at home or in a restaurant all I can hear is myself chewing. Worst decision I ever made was to buy these hearing aids. I would not recommend anyone buy them.
