Oricle Customer Support seem unable to follow basic consumer legislation.
I am awaiting a refund of $346.67 and related costs for months now. They last responded by stating the items have been delivered. However the goods have not been delivered to my home address in Northern Ireland, nor have they been received by me at any stage.
They stated that the courier has them for delivery, according to the tracking information, the parcel has instead remained held in customs for approximately over three months without resolution. During this period, I have received no meaningful correspondence from either Oricle or the courier regarding any action required, customs issue, or delivery arrangement. Simply stating that the item has reached customs does not constitute successful delivery to the customer.
As the retailer, Oricle remains responsible for ensuring that goods purchased online are delivered to the consumer. The contract for purchase was made with Oricle, not with the courier or customs intermediary. Any issues involving shipping providers, customs delays, or incomplete logistics processes remain matters for Oricle to resolve directly. The customer should not be left without either the goods or a refund for an extended period of time. This is basic consumer care which they seem unable to provide.
This matter has now been ongoing for several months and has caused considerable inconvenience and hardship, particularly as the products involved are essential hearing aid items. I trust if Oricle wish for the opportunity to positively resolve this situation abiding within consumer legislation they will issue a full refund quickly and not continue to delay any successful resolution.

2I have never had both of the amplifiers - thats what things are - work at the same time. I repeatedly ask how to return them as not functional but they never responded.
I have had problems with them buzzing, chirping constantly, not working or requiring constant trying to adjust them. They are lemons.

I ordered the Oricle 2.0 for an 87 year old friend. I didn’t think he would like or use them but he let me put them in his ears and he almost immediately could hear me better!

Belle was helpful. She patiently repeated herself so I could understand. Belle answered all my questions. However the order number she gave me differs from the order confirmation email order number but the email dollar amounts are correct. I don't like promotions or solicitations emails.
