One of the bottles had a cracked lid and had leaked over everything. Each of oils were leaking too. Poorly packaged.

Order will be partially out of stock then wrong product shipped then you’ll be ghosted
I ordered from their website, 4x6ml white musk and one white musk spray and payed for next day shipping. After two days I was told the 6ml white musk is out of stock and if I wanted something else or just to send the spray. I decided to ask for a refund for the white musk and a refund for shipping since it had been two days at this point, they did not respond.
Then I get a refund just for the white musk bottle, I say ok fine at least I get the spray.
I received the package 4 days after being ordered. I open the package and it’s the wrong item.
I sent them an email on the 7/09/2025 it is now 14/09/2025 and I have not had a response.
