Spend around £300 in this store. The pictures don’t match any of the items I ordered, poor quality, completely different look, different colour and sizes. I had to pay £42 to return the items, it’s been 1month and a half, didn’t hear entering from them, didn’t receive money back! Total scam!

Ordered a Levi top, what came did not have any Levi badge or label on it. Top is decent but it’s a fake and not worth the brand name price I paid. Extreme false advertising at its best. Don’t buy from this company.

jackets turned up too small one was supposed to be XL the other L. both were far too small. Contacted company and they offered a derisory amount £20 when they had cost £130.91. Refused and said wanted to return them for full refund. Send them signed and tracked they got as far as customs in China and the company did not collect them the parcel has been returned to me! I have no idea what to do with these items. No one should buy anything from China they are rip off merchants and cheats.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Just had a nightmare getting money back- I eventually agreed a partial refund and don’t have to therefore spending 15 quid posting the item tracked back to China. Albeit they they say they are based in Holland. The stuff is not good quality and not like the photos. Arghhhhhhhh I usually check the reviews if I don’t know the company but it was for my daughter’s birthday and I wanted to get her something she wanted!

Be extremely cautious about trading with this business. The product I purchased was not as it was described. In my experience the goods description wholly misrepresented the item. ‘Ralph polo’ is most certainly not a Polo Ralph Lauren item. The product delivered to me was substandard, of poor quality and not fit for purpose.

I endeavoured to return the item to their Netherlands address (stated on their website) only to have it returned back to me. I sort a refund but it has never been effected.

The credit card providers with whom they utilise ought to question the trading practices of this business based upon my experience.

has anyone on here reported this company to Trading Standards ? Or managed to bet money back from their credit card ? They are operating illegally advertising goods that bear no relation to the WS description, then making it impossible to get money back. And they're not small amounts of money - I've lost £60 - the items delivered are just cheap rubbish

Do not use this retailer. Goods are vastly overpriced and inaccurately sized. Returns are made extremely difficult because of the complicated forms to complete and customer service repeatedly sent a standard message which ignored the problem. I returned a jacket which was too small and paid the postage of £15.75. It was returned to me two months later without any explanation.

As previously stated. This should be zero stars but sadly, that’s not possible. Do not use this website, it is a scam. Tried sending back substandard items but to no avail. The same company also uses other trading websites with an identical user interface. Beware!

Product took a long time to arrive and looked nothing like the online photo. Cheap nasty rubbish. Complained and asked to return. Got very complicated return instructions to return to China ( three different addresses given in the paperwork they sent). Cost me £16.70. They never collected it from customs and it got returned to me 3 months later. PayPal kindly refunded me.

Dreadful quality. Utter rubbish. Despite trying to return ...impossible!

Would give zero if I could!!!! The piece of thin vile material that arrived bore NO resemblance to the online picture and they won't let you return it for a refund. This site should be shut down. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. One for experience!!!!!

Run .cost me £85 for a jacket that was wrong size and returned now out £85 and no jacket just being ignored

Just received my goods at a cost of £120 they are shocking, fake fake rip offs , I blame myself for not checking thoroughly beforehand. Anyone expecting a bargain steer clear , you can get better quality at primark or market stalls , don’t waste your hard earned money for these parasites to rob you blind ,

If I could give minus there wouldn't be enough numbers. It's shocking. What they offer is absolutely NOT what you receive and then when you return it, you also have to pay the postage for when it gets into the Netherlands. It's bad beyond belief. Do not buy anything from them.

No goods received. Auto-generated email responses when you contact them. This company is a scam.

Awful, Awful, Awful. Terrible cheap item sent, (although not cheap) could not get any one to tell me how or where to send it back.
I would recommend this Website be taken down as I think it is a con and they are just taking people's money and providing no service.

Placed an order on-line around 22nd February for pair of sandals. To date (6th March) no sign of shoes, nor any communication from Original-Fashions as to reasons.
Payment record shows contact with company in China.
I am beginning to fear the worst !

I ordered a bag from them that came all the way from China and when it arrived the bag was not even the one I had ordered, the only way so far to get a full refund is to ship it all the way back to China at my cost, this is not something that I feel should be the case and this seems like a big scam to me as they have offered a 40% refund to just keep the item. I think that the item is not worth more than about £2 so keeping it or paying the £20 to return it when it only cost £34 seems like a waste of money. As others have said DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

Lucky for me I paid by Paypal and after a few emails and esculations I was proivided with a full refund.
