I wish I could give less than 1 star. Ordered a denim top and it was such poor quality that I wanted to return it. They try barter with you with a % of refund. I declined and opted to return it for a full refund. Paid for the return only for it to sit at customs for weeks on end. Now no one will respond to my emails. Such a waste of time and money. I hope the people who own and work for this company can sleep at night. Shameful!!!

AVOID - TOATAL SCAM ARTISTS. THE ITEMS ARE COUNTERFEIT AND THEY DO NOT DEAL WITH RETURNS.

Wish I had checked Trust Pilot before purchasing. Order not received, numerous emails just automatic replies from "Lena" asking me to complete a form then asking me to return items to China even though had not received. Now given up and asking Bank to initiate a CHARGEBACK where (hopefully) they can get money back from these Fraudsters.

If there is any lower rating, it's for this fake company. All products line are poor quality fakes. False promises worst customer service experience ever.

Appalling company, claim to be based in UK and Netherland, however everything is operated fron China. Sizing is 3 size smaller than standard UK/European sizing and they make return/refund impossible, it false and decieving advertising. They should be stopped from trading

Avoid avoid avoid...con artists, scam artists, fraudsters. Not based in the Netherlands, dispatch is from China. The quality of the clothing is shocking and the sizing is not good at all. There shipping and definitely the returns policy is a load of rubbish, having a nightmare getting a response to emails to return items or get a refund from them. Paypal have given up and I have ended up reporting them for fraud to my bank. Terrible. Do not buy anything from them. They are also trading as Mode-Haus. Bases in Netherlands, China and UK...but yet when you need to return anything no response. Shocking.

Do not order from this company! Cheap, counterfeit goods, sold at inflated prices. When I tried to return for a refund, I was told to courier back to China at my own expense, only when they confirmed receipt would they issue a refund. I contacted my bank in the end and they have refunded me the cost of the item bought, as Original Fashion's return policy on their website states an address in the EU, not China! Do not order from this company, they are con artists.

Do not waste your money. Quality appalling. Ordered for Christmas and didn’t arrive until well after. I contacted Customer Support to find out how to return because of poor quality and received a holding reply and then nothing after that despite sending numerous emails. I then decided to return the item to the Netherlands address. Unfortunately my parcel has just been returned to me as there was an issue at the Netherlands customs as Original Fashion didn’t pick up the parcel. Waste of money and time. I wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole.

If I could give this minus stars believe me i would!!!! Lovely chunky cardigan ordered in XL for my husband, came as a normal cable knit cardigan, massive.hoke in the collar where it has not been stitched together properly!!! Says suede collar, is definitely not!!! Company address on website is Amsterdam, but return address is China, and you have to pay for it!!! Or you can have a 20% refund without returning item, by the looks of the other reviews, I won't get a refund either way!!! Please stop this company from trading, innocent people are looking at what looks like a decent company, ordering what looks like a decent item, only to receive disgraceful products. People get a reply from an initial complaint email and then receive nothing more from them. DISGRACEFUL, DISGUSTING, BIG TIME THIEVES!!!

I am talking about the Company called 'Original Fashions' If you need to improve your company you should read the reviews of the people who got caught to you! You first mentioned in your website that your company address is in Holland! but the address to return of goods your website stated a warehouse in Birmingham! We are still waiting for the refund of £49.99 for the jumper (poor quality) we returned the next day!

It couldn't be worse! they have different photos on the website than the actual ones they send to people. believe this is a huge scam

should of read reviews.appauling quality and not wot they seem on description i ordered a large by mistake as i thought it would be to big for me but it was to small lol and it should of had zip pockets which was a nessessity for me but they came with press studs which are useless.should get a refund or at least another delivery with zipped pockets and xl size but dout they will be bothered as they have my money now

The clothes are appallingly low quality and nowhere near what they look like on the images. When I asked for a refund, I was asked to send the clothes back (TO CHINA) at my expense, or alternatively, receive a 20% refund... I agreed to get the 20% refund but I never got it: customer service keeps answering, in very bad English, that I need to send the clothes back... absolutely useless. STAY WELL CLEAR!!!

Disaster …should have read the reviews before ordering a Christmas sweater early December which arrived after Christmas and of poor quality !!Wasted money sending it back to their Chinese address but tracking says it is held at Customs ….now being blocked on emails and telephone response is blocking !!!

Same as all the other reviews - my dress I ordered was cheap, flimsy and so poorly made it was astonishing. They are now ignoring all my emails to return items. Makes me so angry that companies like this are allowed to continue at the expensive of honest, albeit slightly naive people, that don't always read reviews first. Big learning curve for me... 😔

I ordered a watch for my son and should have recognised he alarm bells when it suggested I buy two watches of different colours. Took a long while to arrive (as was coming from China) and was a very cheap product. You have to jump through hoops to return anything and are offered the option of a 20% refund if you don't return the goods (the planet-friendly option apparently!!)!! A month later, I'm still awaiting my refund and the company don't reply to my emails. AVOID!

I have had the same experience as others, although foolishly ordered multiple items so have lost over £300. Items arrived and the quality was so poor for items ranging from £40-80. the material, shape and fit were like a very cheap fancy dress item. tried to return in October and after monitoring on the tracking company I used for months, the package was returned to me yesterday. No refund. I tried to raised through PayPal bit they closed case as I did receive the items, but raising with them again, now that the return has failed.
