This should be 0 stars. This company is a scam from China. They say their “offices” are in the US. They are not. Read the many reviews here - it’s the exact same story over and over: the product takes many weeks to arrive (from China) it’s advertised as cotton but actually is cheap polyester, the actual product looks nothing like the one on the website. And then - when you try to return it - they offer you 20 percent off or a gift card for 50% on your next order - or you have to pay for the return shipping to China. And then they will reply to the comment here: “Please email us. This is not how we want to do business. We want to make it right.”
No you don’t. You want to keep ripping off customers and keeping the money. Protect yourself. Please don’t order from them.

I will eventually learn to read these reviews before, but I didn’t this time. Waste of Money. Delivery took well over 4 weeks. Size was too small (I thought I ordered too large!) and not cotton material. Product itself was not what I’d anticipated based on description. Definitely a Waste of money. I tried to cancel the order two weeks In. Still hadn’t shipped. They said I had to wait for the product in order to return it. I thought this was a state-side store. It isn’t.

Anyway- I’ll stick with lands end , company store and sure bet state-side stores in the future.

Lesson Learned - Check Out Details in Advance

I had no idea these "Original Pajamas" were being shipped from China. Took 5 weeks. The style was not what I ordered and it was the wrong size. Trying to obtain information re returns was challenging. When I at last received an email re their return policy I learned I would have to pay for shipping. The pajamas were $19.99. The post office informed me that lowest shipping to China would be $32.00! At this point I'll chalk it up to Lesson Learned - and donate the pajamas.

Very frustrating experience

Very frustrating experience. Don’t order from this company. My first order was advertised as 100% cotton material and when I received it, it was mainly polyester. They gave me a 50% gift card for the misleading advertising of their clothing. I used it to purchase another set and when I received it, it was a completely different design than what I ordered. They are trying to justify this by saying I still got the correct item in a different variant that was available…? They won’t refund me or send me the correct set/design that I ordered. They’ve offered me a 20% refund. I’ve been emailing them for weeks.

Do not buy SCAM!

If I could give this company negative stars I would. I ordered 100% white cotton pajamas at the end of May. They told me everything was fine and on the way. When I asked for a tracking number they sent bogus emails with non-existent tracking information. I'd click the link, it said no information available. I reached out over and over, and got the same canned response every. single. time. "Someone will get with you shortly" and "you're so pretty". *Insert eye roll* 5+ weeks later my order arrived and it's complete garbage. Pink teddy bear print on the nastiest feeling polyester I've experienced. I ordered a medium and it might fit an 8 year old. Do not buy from this company! Terrible customer service, terrible product, sketchy in every way. SCAM

A Great Disappointment

Something bad has happened to this company! Reviews prior to March were good, but subsequent reviews have been awful. I placed my order on April 24th, but I did not receive it until late June. It took 2 months!!? I did not know that it was coming from China. Despite emailing the company several times, I only received automatic responses until the last time. The delay of my order was chalked up to unforeseen circumstances. When I finally did receive my order, only 2 items were correct. Unfortunately, the men's pajamas were not a good quality cotton. Missing from the package was the 3-piece cotton set that I ordered for myself, and in its place was a 4-piece polyester set. Dealing with Original Pajamas was a great disappointment.

Rough size large

I ordered size "Large" PJ's that looked so cute online. It took weeks to arrive because they shipped from China.. I didn't realize that at the time.

When they arrived, the cotton fabric was rough, not soft cotton, so I though when I washed them, they may soften. They only shrunk, and now the waistband is 12.5" wide.. Not exactly what I thought a large would be. There is no way to use them, except to gift to someone size -0..

After contacting them, they offered a refund of 15% off my almost $50 order, or 10% off my next order, or I can return them to China... REALLY! Do not order from this company, you will be disappointed..!

Ordered silk got polyester total rip off…

Update the company would not pay for return shipping to China or refund my money. Sadly this was a wedding anniversary gift for my wife, we tossed them in the bin 57$ down the drain.

Original pajamas. They said they would help me. I had my order number and confirmation number, and all they wanted to do. Well, send me a $100 gift card and charge me 3. Dollars and 95 cents to send it to me. Yet, couldn't give me any detail about my order. That I had purchased claire back on four twenty seven. They kept telling me they were gonna help me. They kept muting me when I'm trying to talk to them and kept asking me for my credit card number. So they could charge it three dollars and ninety five cents. They give a phone number for customer service at 315 -, 275 - 6103. And you can't get ahold of anybody. Turning this into my credit card company as fraud and calling the trades commission. And make a complaint.. They say they're in u s a in new york, but that is not true.

Be weary of ordering from this company, very questionable

I learned a big lesson: Do in depth PI work before ordering from a company you know nothing about. I loved the look of the kimono pajamas, so I ordered 2 pairs. (I ensured I ordered the correct size based off of their sizing chart). I saw the contact phone number having a (315) area code (NY) and also saw that their shipping was approx 14-21 days. (THAT should've been the 1st red flag). But I ordered anyway on March 9, 2025. Seven days later I rec'd shipping email and the package arrived April 9, 2025. (Red flag number 2). Red flag #3, shipping label from China which brings me to Red Flag #4: Their clothes sizes are very different than US clothes sizes. I immediately opened the packages and saw there was no way that the Size Medium they state on their site is a US size medium. Its is very small. I immediately emailed them to inquire about exchanging for larger size. Red Flag #5: Multiple emails go back and forth about what I received and WHY the items do not fit. It was 6 days LATER Red Flag #6) they Finally sent me the name/address info to process the return. (Baiyun District, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China). They noted that the initial shipping and return shipping charge would not be reimbursed (even though they falsely advertised incorrect sizing info).
The following info was also stated in their email: "Once you have shipped the item back, please notify us via email with the tracking number. This tracking number is essential to facilitate the refund process. Please be aware that we cannot issue any refund without a return tracking number or a photo/screenshot of the receipt from the post office.
Once the returned package is delivered to our warehouse and the item's condition is inspected, we will initiate the refund promptly.
We would like to remind you that shipping fees for the return and the original shipping fees are non-refundable.
When sending the return shipment, please avoid declaring a very high value, as we do not accept freight collect shipments, and any customs fees incurred will not be our responsibility."

They have a 30day return policy and the fact they lag in their response time keeps the clock ticking & if you were to ship it back internationally ground, that takes over a month and at that point, they are not obligated to process your refund.

So I am out $83.00.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. They sent me wrong item after 2 months of ordering for Christmas. I ordered Christmas jumpsuit in November for my daughter for Christmas day, it arrived in February, wrong item, very bad quality and they wouldn't let me return it or get a refund. The item was double price of where another legit website I found same one at but was sold out. Please do not trust them. 40$ Usd were gone for nothing.

Worst company and cheap clothes

Ordered some pajamas for my 85 year old mom for Christmas. Paid extra for it to come in even though there was plenty of time. They did not come so I ordered her another pair of the same. They showed up in February. I sent emails since December, over and over and no response. Don’t order anything from them!!!!!!

The worst company ever

The worst company ever. We ordered them for xmas; our first without my husband. I paid almost $600 for all of them. My daughter is a doctor and her very expensive bed sheet set was covered in red dye in the morning from the pajamas. The same thing happened to my 16 year old granddaughter and the red dye will not bleach out of any of them. The pj’s for the dogs were expensive and totally off sized. We asked for a refund and they have yet to respond. We are filing a complaint with the better business bureau and attorney general. Their product is cheap and they do not respond when their isxa problem. Red dye should not come out of pajamas when you sleep. Their fabric is cheap and not properly treated.

Betting this review doesn’t get…

Betting this review doesn’t get published…I ordered FLANNEL pajamas from Original Pajama but I got a summer weight cotton. These pajamas and this company are CRAP!!! This company is actually a Chinese company and the return address on the envelope is a storage unit. I have sent 2 emails….one requesting my order be cancelled because it took OVER A MONTH to receive them and just now asking someone to respond so I can get a refund!!!! I will NEVER order anything from Original Pajamas again. If they don’t respond this time, I will blast them all over social media!!
