Terrible experience trying to purchase matching pajamas

I purchased 17 matching pairs of pajamas for our family's 2024 holiday. They arrived in two packages over a couple of days, the design was not what I ordered and the smallest sizes were a completely different pajama. I requested a return label and was told they would not provide it and I needed to pay postage to ship them back to China. Through many emails the company then offered for me to keep the pajamas and they will issue a 20% credit. Original Pajamas then proceeded to say that the credit would not go through. I then asked for a check to be sent and am still waiting. This all started 5 months ago. Lesson learned, I will never purchase from Original Pajama Company again. Bought another 17 pairs of pajamas through Amazon, and we have a wonderful memory of 4 generations of family in matching pajamas!!

I wish I could give Zero stars

I wish I could give Zero stars. Awful company! PJ’s came after Christmas when ordered in plenty of time. They say they’ll refund but require return to China, which costs more to send than the pajamas are worth. DO NOT BUY!

Poor product, comes from CHINA and won’t refund

It took this company FROM CHINA two months to get 4 pair of pajamas to me. Three were good one pair ridiculous!! They didn’t have tags on them. We’re 4 inches shorter than the other ones and had raw hems sewn. I asked for a refund or replacement and they said I’d have to pay for shipping back to China….which would at least be $20 at the cheapest!
And what is very fishy is all the emails I get back after I email “original pajamas” is from “Premier Trust Store”.
Do not buy from them!!!!!

BAD EXPERIENCE

BAD EXPERIENCE! Weeks have gone by with no notification about shipping my order. Instead, I’m being bombarded with emails to buy more! Really?? No response from customer service. My first time ordering will be my last from this site. I feel like I’ve been scammed :( my recommendation is steer clear of shopping here.

BUYER BEWARE

I'm not one to post reviews, much less negative ones. However, I cannot ignore the blatant lack of professionalism and integrity in which this company operates. Rather than re-iterating the endless negative reviews, I simply confirm that they are valid based on the worst shopping experience I've ever had. The company uses the return shipping cost as leverage for their customers to have no choice but to accept poor quality, significant delays, and mis-leading advertisement.

WARNING!!

WARNING!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM!! Ordered a set of maternity pajamas. They are advertised as cotton-they are not! They also sent me the wrong color. I ordered grey, they sent me pink… also took over a month to get them lol. They will reject your emails if you say “return” or “refund” in it and send it to the one they list for returns. I was able to get a different email because I asked why the product was taking so long to get. If you are able to get ahold of someone, they will only offer you a 20% refund or 50% refund in the form of a gift card. If you want to really return the item you have to pay for shipping back to China which cost more then the product. Anyways, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE check the reviews for this website and do not order. I got screwed over and I am not happy. I hope the website gets shut down.

READ THIS BEFORE YOU BUY... AND THEN JUST DON'T DO IT!

I can't believe I bought from this company without checking reviews! Before purchasing 4 sets of family Christmas pajamas, I asked them what the material was made of. They told me it was a cotton/poly blend. Also, there is no indication from the site that everything ships from China, and therefore takes 3-4 weeks to arrive. Upon receiving the merchandise, it was 100% polyester. I immediately contacted the company to find out how to return the items. To make a long story short, they finally authorized a return after I provided proof of their mistake, but told me I would have to pay return shipping, and that they would also deduct the original shipping. The cheapest shipping I could buy for the address they provided (in China) was over $50. Assuming that they would deduct a similar amount for their original shipping cost, I would end up with a few dollars for a $125+ purchase. I tried to dispute the charge iwth my credit card company, but they said as long as I still had the items in my possession, they couldn't do anything. Please spare yourself the pain and buy somewhere else.

ordered a month ago

I ordered from this site a week before Christmas and added express shipping. As of today, the shipment has still not arrived and the last note I had on the shipping status said it was in New York. The next time I checked it said that there was no tracking information available. When trying to e-mail the info email address it returns as undeliverable. Items were shipped from China

By far the worst company I have ever purchased from. Avoid at all costs. Slow shipping, inferior product, and absolutely no response when asked how to make a return. Plus, at check out they actually have an option to leave a tip. Stay away

I rate them a 0. I placed an order the first part of December. I never received my items. I have sent several emails without a response. The phone number does not work.
It is now June 2025. I still have not received my items. I called my local post office. They never received my package so therefore, it was never delivered to me. I sent several emails. You did nothing. The number you gave me was not a USPS tracking number. My post office found a USPS number. They said the package was stuck due to insufficient postage. I informed you of this. Had you done your part and tracked it appropriately, you would have seen it never arrived to its intended destination. You refused to give me a refund. I am out $150.00 USD. Order # 25463.

Would give 0 stars if it was an option! Ordered a month before Christmas, didn't receive until after Christmas. Never got confirmation email, but they sure debited my account right away! Multiple emails to the company to return with no answer. Phone number doesn't work. What a waste!! And I had to buy other pjs on top of these that came late!! Do not buy from these people

I bought a pair short set pajamas on December 2, 2034 for a Christmas gift. It was taking forever to be shipped and realized I was not getting them by Christmas so I emailed and asked to cancel the order. They had not been shipped at this time. It took two days to get a reply. They didn’t understand what I was asking. Three more emails and no answer. Then I finally got an offer to give me 20% refund and I could keep the pjs. I said no I want full refund. All of a sudden they were shipped. I finally got them two weeks after Christmas and they
are really cheaply made. I will never buy from them and encourage others to not buy either. They are a misleading website, stolen

I can't add anything to the horrible…

I can't add anything to the horrible reviews that this joint deserves. They took my money, were 1 month late in delivery, never cancelled my order after 7 emails telling them it was over, never answered the phone, never responded to emails.

When my $207 order was received (late) and I went to return it to China the shipping charge is $356 for 5 lbs.

If I can give it zero stars, I would I ordered a package in the beginning of December. It is now the middle of January. I’m just now receiving my package and the pajamas were wrong. I emailed customer service. You don’t get an answer from customer service at all. You have to keep bugging them.For the pajamas to be $26 to $40 something bucks a set they need better customer service.

Don't waist your money

TERRIBLE fake Chinese crap; not what we ordered; no response for refund

I wish I had searched for these reviews earlier. Shipping to weeks longer than advertised. The pajamas are made with a very cheap, awful, thin material. The image and lettering is printed backward and the words are just shapes. They sent a completely different set of dog pajamas that are not even close to the image. No response at all from the company for a return. I am filing a complaint with PayPal to get a refund.

Update: they reached out, see below, ~6mths later offering help. They denied any sort of assistance when we reached out via email and via PayPal. They refused any sort of return/refund. We made a claim with PayPal and after an investigation they determined that we were due a full refund. I hope soon PayPal will be removing their services from this site to avoid more scams. STAY AWAY
