Brilliant service. Great communication, all done and back to me in a week, and competitive price. Will definitely use them again when I've sorted the loft!!!

I lost my brother in 2004. And just lately I came across a tape frm when I had a mini dv camcorder dated xmas 2003 to 2004 ad wrote xmas, bday, bro ect. So on this tape I new it was the last xmas we had with him. I needed to get this tape converted. I looked round and came across Orion media. I paided for Royal mail to collect from me. Royal Mail was at my door in the time slot they told me they would come. I handed my tape over making sure the driver had a label for it. When he drove off I relised I hadnt put any info on it incase it got lost. I phoned Orion and spoke to a lovely man I told him what ad done and explained the tape was of the last xmas my bro was alive. It was so precious and sentimental. He reassured me that Royal mail would of put a label on it and it would have my address on in case it got lost. He told me he would email me when he received it.
A few days later I got the email saying hes got it.
A few days later another email saying he had converted it successfully and he was posting it back to me that day 1st class.
And that he would keep the recording on his computer till he new i had received it just incase something happened to it in the post as it was the run up to xmas.
I waited a week and ahalf but there was no sign of it.
So I emailed him again and told him it hadn't arrived.
Within 10 minutes he emailed me back saying I should of well had it back but he will email the link to download my tape.
Within fifteen minutes he send the email link.
When I watched my video my brother was on it for longer than i thought he would be.
I cryed for hours. As you do....
Thats my experience with Orion amd my tape.
I rate them 100% for their work and consideration they gave me.
I carnt thank them enough.
I will be sending them more tapes to convert in the future.
And I would defo recommend them to anyone.

Fast and efficient with no hidden extras

Orion Media have for many years offered an excellent service. They go above and beyond what you would expect from shops these days. I highly recommend them for all isues with media (photos, DVDs). They have rescued photo slides I had from 1916, DVDs that wouldn't play ! No job is too small and their attention to their customers is to be applauded.

Amazed that a 39yr old squished up tape could be successfully recovered sufficiently to transfer precious recordings onto CD. Brilliant job.

Excellent service as usual.
Several old vhs tapes were converted to dvds.
The work was done quickly and efficiently. We'll done Mike and Graham.
