ordered a car battery with this company with next day delivery. it arrived four days later. i'v noticed during this pandemic, you can hardy go out you front door without running the risk of getting run over with delivery vans. but not the delivery company orius use

It took a few emails back and forth to sort which was the correct battery for my car. Arrived earlier than predicted good price, and a lifetime warranty, hopefully won't ever need to use the warranty. Also took a few emails to get my receipt with proof of purchase but got there in the end.

Absolutely brilliant service. I was well impressed with with my experience from ordering to delivery. Thank you fir being 100% on the ball.

Ordered a Varta battery. Price was excellent, cheapest anywhere on line. Delivery time was good although the courier simply left the battery at the end of my drive, not boxed or secure with no notification or knock on the door (I was actually in at the time). However this is more of a courier issue than an Orius Batteries issue.
In the end I returned the battery (partner wrote off the car it was intended for before getting chance to fit it). Returns were simple and the refund was extremely fast. Would happily deal with Orius again although they should consider a more careful courier.

Excellent service and quick delivery. Very happy with the Next day delivery service as promised. I bought Bosch car Battery which was well packed solved my starting problem. I would recommend Orius Ltd to friends, neighbours and relatives. Pricewise they are the cheapest too. I checked with so many suppliers who were charging almost double. Thanks Orius Ltd for the service.

Received the battery safely delivered by DX ordered late evening 2nd April ( Easter weekend) delivered 9am on the 7th April. Well packaged & works well. Pete replied quickly & we were happy with the price, communication & service.

Ordered a battery on a Monday after entering my reg on their website. Paid for guaranteed delivery by Weds. Battery did not arrive until Fri and was also the wrong one. Orius now refusing refund unless I pay £25 to return their wrong battery which also arrived too late.
Very dodgy company who do not even take calls.

Great correspondence by Phil. Battery exactly as ordered. Delivery was a bit late but that was due to delivery company not Orius. The delivery men were very polite and apologetic.

Orius website advertised battery to fit Kia Sorento 2.2 2009... Battery arrived promptly the next day but it was obvious just by looking at it that it would not fit my vehicle. Contacted Orius and arranged to return goods at my expense (£22.50) and emailed when it was picked up by DPD also giving date of delivery (1st Feb). Have since been unable to get any information from Orius but recently found invoice on my desk that should have been returned, endorsed on the back, with the goods. Orius seem to be using this omission not only deny me a refund but also to keep my battery for resale. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a Varta Leisure battery for my daughters Motorhome. She is on a tight budget but having read about Leisure batteries I decided on the Varta. I placed the order quite late and was really surprised it came next day, brilliant service. I liked the price and quality of the battery and so decided to fit a second. Again it turned up ultra fast. Top marks for fast delivery on both occassions. They were one of the most competitve prices online. Highly recommend them.

I can't praise these guys enough. Their service is fantastic.

I needed a battery for my car quickly and, after having been let down by a couple of suppliers, I found Orius.

I contacted them at 12 noon on a Thursday and confirmed my battery was in stock, and that they could deliver it next day. I was assured they had it and could deliver.

So I placed the order and waited.

Next day - at 7.30am - the battery was delivered to my home. I fitted it a very short time later and my car battery problem was solved.

Terrific service. Terrific communication. A great price and superb delivery service.

Needed a replacement battery but confused on site showing different to what was in the car handbook. Emailed an enquiry and got a reply within a hour with correct replacement recommendation.
Ordered by 2pm and arrived next day and fitted correctly. Hope the lifetime warranty stands. Great price and great service
