Battery arrived (quick - next day delivery) a bit beaten up due to poor delivery service so I messaged the guys and they got back to me instantly and gave me a 10% refund as a gesture. Battery still works perfectly. Rated!

Warning Worst company ever I brought a Battery from this company and never received it the company then upload fake tracking to prove delivery when phone the delivery company no goods can be located tracking details don't make any sense errors when all this is happening the money sitting in their bank account and they use a hack tracking number to prove delivery do not buy from this company you might end up like me.

This was a disaster.
This was a disaster. I ordered a battery for my old Renault Espace on 13th October. I thought I'd save £15 over using our local factors. Battery arrived soon enough but in a flimsey box and was smashed on the top corner with the acid having leaked out. The Carrier took a picture and marked the delivery note as damaged. 5 x emails and several attempts to contact Orius by phone have resulted in zero action. So money lost and had to buy one locally. Very expensive excercise !!! Don't risk it.

Checked on their website and the same battery on offer for £22.98 inc. free delivery.
Ordered from website, didn't arrive, e-mailed to enquire but with no explanation refunded payment.
Waste of time.
Strange that you dont have any record as you refunded my payment on the 9th June.
