I bought a bracelet for a gift with the gift wrapping and a free gift. When this came I thought the original bracelet wasn’t delivered I contacted Orli and followed what they said by the following day it was sorted, I hadn’t realised there was another package in the box with the order in and the other bracelet was the free gift. I am so pleased with both items and the swift response and help given. I couldn’t recommend them enough and certainly would order again.

I was told they could make it longer which they did within a week of returning it no quibble or questions or extra payment. Absolutely fabulous customer service and support. Beautiful jewellery and excellent service. I have ordered from this company 3 times and everything has been smooth. I was particularly impressed with their exchange service and the personal touch of the emails - and a refund would have been offered too! Will definitely purchase again.

Excellent customer service. Jewellery delivered on time and in beautiful, simple packaging.
Sent my necklace and bracelet to be extended a little and it was no issues and amended for free. Benjy was brilliant with keeping in touch and I’ve received my necklace and bracelet back within a week. Fantastic quality and great unique design. Would highly recommend Orli . Thank you.
