Wow, I cannot rate the service and communication enough. I ordered an anklet but I didn’t realise that it didn’t have an extension chain on it. I got in touch with Orli customer support and had explained that the anklet would not be long enough and it was for a birthday present. They kindly ask me to send it back with all the relevant information and I have just received it back with a few more links added to ensure the length would be ok. Fantastic all round service. A very happy customer

I ordered a charm for my daughter’s wedding bouquet and wanted it engraved. I don’t hold out much hope of it coming in time as I’d left it a bit late to order. This company is just the loveliest people to deal with, very much what shopping used to be like with the personal touch ,apart from the excelent discounts the customer service always goes over and beyond. Everyone I've dealt with so polite makes you
feel that you want to keep coming back .The jewellery is gorgeous very well priced and presented and great quick delivery. I found this company a couple of years ago and will continue as you really don't get better customer service anywhere. I love the fact that yes you can order on line but you can still speak to someone at the end of the phone.
