Suggestion for improvement
Good day!
The app is great in terms of the idea, but the implementation is a bit lame. It lacks speed (it lags a lot in some places), a more modern design (take an example from Apple Health, Flo, the guys from MindHealth have designed theirs well), deeper profile settings (date of birth, connecting Apple login and social networks, linking to a phone number and more reliable privacy, etc.). There have been standards for a long time, sorry, but your app is a bit raw. It also lacks many biomarkers, even for simple analyses of various biomaterials (especially cad, urine, saliva, sperm). If the app reaches a high enough level, I will gladly leave a review, but for now it will be 2 stars maximum for the idea.
I will take this opportunity to suggest adding separate information about vaccinations. I have studied the market and, unfortunately, have not found almost any application for tracking vaccinations (the only more or less VaccineGo). This is an excellent opportunity to expand the functionality of the application.

Great app
Great app. I had had one suggestion which I had sent in previously, but I had no reply on.
My suggestion was that you create a medical type of diary like a journal where people can write down times and days that they might’ve had some certain elements just to keep a chronological record of their medical history based on their experience rather than the exams.

MY BEST APP FOR HEALTH, I LOVE IT
The grouping of results are very interesting. This is very useful to see and analyse all health by systems. And the other point is that we can compare our results in the reference diaponible. Thia is great. And this aids my checkings. But, I miss the lecture QRCODE of my labs results.

A better view of my health than my doctor!!
I am a software Engineer and know the importance of spotting a bad trend before it becomes a real problem.
I have blood tests and see my doctor every 6 months and wanted to be able to see the trends with all my health markers.
Thankfully, I found Ornament BEFORE I entered the data into a spreadsheet!!
Ornament gives me a view of my test results going back more than 10 years (Yes, I entered the data from paper result sheets that I've kept all that time)
I now have a better view of my health than my doctor!! and can not only see the bad trends but also see when the trend has improved!
Ornament provides way more insights than a spreasheet could ever do.

I think this app is great
I think this app is great! I really enjoy how easy it is to upload documents, and I appreciate that it syncs with my Apple Health app. However, I suggest that you increase the API capabilities to allow synchronization with other popular health apps. This addition would be helpful for tracking vital information, especially if you use devices like a blood pressure machine or a weight scale.
I also find that the information from my doctor’s office, which often comes in documents or PDFs, is an essential part of what I need to keep track of my health. Aside from that, the app is solid. I particularly like the security feature that requires verification if you haven’t logged in for a long time, as it helps protect my personal information. Overall, I'm pleased with the app!

Test results are good but that's not all for health
The app is good and I use it often.
What I would recommend improving:
1. Add information about medications taken;
2. Add conclusions and recommendations from doctors, results of instrumental studies;
3. Reduce the intrusive offer of services in the paid version.

Same as 44% of total reviews, I am being denied refund even though I requested within hours of purchase. First response was reasonable, said give us a try and if you're still not satisfied, we will refund. That was the only time there was a person's name on their responses.
Since then I have repeatedly requested a refund. I won't try the app because it's not what I thought it was and thats why I'm canceling!! I did not get the 29.99$ refund even though they said I would. So I'm out that plus 58$ more. Oh! But they did cancel my renewal and also offered me a free month. A free month of nothing.
I am going to request refund through PayPal and see what happens. Maybe having PayPal go after them will help. BOTTOM LINE- DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM. I don’t know if there's a way to review it prior to purchase, but hopefully smarter people than I will check out these reviews.

Disappointed after years of use
I’ve been using the app for several years. Over the past year, however, there have been a couple of situations that left me very disappointed, and I don’t think I’ll be using it much going forward.
Pros:
1. The app offers great functionality for storing medical records, which is very convenient.
Cons:
1. There are a couple of bugs that have existed for a long time and still haven’t been resolved. For example, I can’t upload PDF results (though I have a subscription)—these files aren’t processed properly, so I have to upload separate images instead. I contacted support several times, but it didn’t help.
2. The app has introduced several new features, including sleep tracking, nutritional plans, and extended articles. In my opinion, these additions make the app feel bloated, and the extra functionality seems unnecessary—but that’s just my personal view.
3. I had a very frustrating experience with support regarding my subscription.
I had a subscription valid until November 2024, and I tried to cancel it on the same day it ended. Despite this, the subscription was renewed for another year. All further communication led nowhere. As a result, I had to pay for another year of an app I no longer use. Support responses were unhelpful, with no real intention to assist. It was very disappointing and reflects a company policy that lacks customer focus.
It’s sad to see an app that was once great now treating loyal users so poorly.

ORNAMENT IS A SCAM AND TERRIBLE company
Absolutely TERRIBLE company, I wish I had done more research on this fraudulent company. Right from the very start they MAKE you upgrade to join and then as for all of your labs and you will never hear from a doctor or anyone for that matter as soon as you sign up and once you sign up, they will NOT let you cancel or get a refund unless you spend money on their services first which run anywhere from $40 to hundreds. Don't be fooled by this "fake" "fraudulent" "unprofessional" company. I am reporting to the BBB on how they scammed me. Per your request Ornament here is my User ID 7651b20b-00a1-4188-9211-2176f2236064 now refund my money of $73.00 plus $36.99.
I have been asking for a refund since May 19th and it is now May 22, there is no phone number to call and as you can see by the negative results, they simply send out a standard reply and never have any communication with you. I have to contact my bank as well as the BBB which they are not a part of for obvious reasons. All I want is my money back and they insist on me using their service for 7 days and to send a screen shot proving this, otherwise they will NOT give a refund. They are forcing me to use their product when clearly I've told them I am not interested in doing this. ORNAMENT is a fraudulent scam company. Also just so you know this company is NOT based in the United States and as you can see, rather than refunding my money they tell you a list of things that need to take place, forcing you to use their product for 7 days and even after that I am sure they have some other hoops I'd have to go through to get my money back. JUST REFUND MY MONEY! Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company unless you want someone to steal funds from you.

You may qualify for a refund if all of the following conditions are met:
1. You bought your subscription plan (including paid trial) from the Ornament Weight Loss websites;
2. You were offered a money-back guarantee during checkout;
3. You need to contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase.
4. Depending on your subscription type, you must have completed your weight loss program at least 7 consecutive days within the first 14 days after you make your initial purchase.
5. You must be able to show that you are following your program by providing screenshots from your Weight Tracker and Fat Burning panel in the App.
Once your request is submitted, we usually review it within 5 business days (Monday to Friday). Most cases are reviewed within 48 hours. We will notify you via email (or another method) whether your refund has been approved.

Upload of medical documents and…
The upload of medical documents and their automatic recognition is (almost) perfect. Nearly all blood markers are recognized. I tried it as a picture, scanned or as pdf. This is really working fine and saves a lot of time.
Also the reference materials and the push messages about any change in bio markers is very helpful.

I find this app very useful, as it helps me conveniently collect and organize all my medical reports.

Useful app
I find the app extremely useful if you are trying to improve your blood work. It has nice graphs to track progress and tips about what might have influenced the current value. I have also used AI analysis and a consultation with a doctor about my values through the app. Both were useful and provided additional advice. Recommendation!

Really great experience of uploading…
Really great experience of uploading and recognition of markers, fast & smooth. But really hard to get the original documents that had beed uploaded in the cloud. If you want to do it fast, documents are not visible and theres no estimated time to get it to be able to view. The rest is excellent
