Their ‘award-winning’ support cannot answer even basic product questions because they don’t handle their own stock. I asked for the length of the socks and they spent 3 weeks saying that someone would be in touch soon.

My product did turn up which Im grateful for, however product is nothing like it’s advertised to be! It is not a New Zealand company it gives an address for Poland and everything shipped from China could’ve bought the equivalent product that I received for about $5

Do not buy from this website. It's a dropship company, bought a pair of shoes sadly without doing my homework. They are based in Poland not NZ. Very cheap Temu-like products with huge markup. Not very happy. If I could give it zero stars I would.

SCAM. Ordered product, says delivered but never received. Dodgy courier link that leads to X. As per other reviews, appears to be an NZ based supplier but is not. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Taken over a week still not sent. Not NZ-based complete scam. To get refund have to send to Poland. Which cost more than item. Dont trust.

This website doesn't even deserve one star.I spent $44 on potable heater and I got a faulty item.Sent several e mails and rang on the phone number provided.But no response so far. This type of scam websites should be banned in New Zealand.

Ordered bamboo loose fit diabetic socks for my father, size 11-14. At $50 I thought they would be high quality. Socks were rough, small, and not loose fit. Definitely not what advertised. I bought as thought the stock would be in NZ. Nope! Came from china and took weeks. Then asked to return and they would only offer 40%. So I paid $30 for ridiculously uncomfortable socks not fit for the purpose.
Scam reviews that had photos of not even the same socks. The reviews showed labels and comfy, soft socks. No way to leave a review on the website.

Scam. As been described below, company is masquerading as being in NZ when it’s in China. I haven’t received my package and you can buy the same stuff off other Chinese stuff sites cheaper.

I ordered two items, a white blouse that was substandard quality and white yoga pants that were completely see through and unwearable. I contacted customer service to arrange refund, they never replied. Total scam, never order from here!!!

They do seem to drop ship from websites like AliExpress; however, after I realised this I immediately requested to cancel my order and to my surprise they actually responded and cancelled it the following day with a full refund. I'm not sure if they have the items in NZ and ship it faster than if you were to order from AliExpress but I appreciate them obliging my request when they could have ignored it like other reviews seem to suggest they would.

BEWARE ! company has not delivered item, and just had standard responses to emails, no proof of delivery attempt (we have cameras!) Scammers ! they wont get back to you and wont refund item not received.

Buyer beware of Ortorex.nz! This company pretends to be a New Zealand business, but it's a deceptive dropshipping operation. I ordered a pillow that took over three weeks to arrive, only to find it was shipped from China. The product quality is shockingly bad and completely different from the pictures on their website. I immediately tried to contact them for a return and refund, but my requests have been met with total silence. To make matters worse, I discovered the identical item is sold on Temu for half of what I paid. Don't fall for their fake NZ address and promises—this is a fraudulent business. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I would give them 0 if I could. I ordered a neck support pillow, which I thought I was buying from NZ, given the NZ website, but it is from China. Really poor quality, cheap filling and a basic pillow cover that looks like it has some neck support. It's a big lie and a joke. I can't be bothered with a refund, don't want to waste energy on it as I see now, that these people have websites set up in several countries. They scam people ONCE as nobody will return a buy anything from them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Scam site, can't contact support. Thought i was buying from NZ but the slippers got sent from China. I need to return the slippers to Poland within 30 days. Don't think i will get a refund and will be losing more money sending the slippers to Poland. Do not buy from this site.

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. IT IS A SCAM. ITS PRODUCT IS WORSE THAN TEMU'S. When you want to return its rubbish, Ortorex offers first 40 then 50% discount. Basically, it is impossible to return its rubbish to an address in Poland within 30 days.

I only read the reviews after placing my order and was horrified with some of the comments. I honestly expected not to receive my order but notwithstanding that the item I first received was not what I ordered i did eventually get my correct order.

Ortorex customer care correspondence was quick and accurate and the items arrived on cue with the tracking info. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

Stay away!! Scam the products are less than poor it’s not from nz it’s from HongKong
