Oryx Off-road Ltd contacted me to clarify my purchase order when they noticed my order included the same item twice.
They offered to send the duplicate items if needed or to refund me for the additional item. As it was an error on my part the fact that they took the time and effort to bring my attention to the issue and offer a refund was most appreciated - the process of which was very efficient. Their proactive approach in this matter portrays a care for their customers.
