Oryx was super responsive and shipped my order right away. Then when the carrier misshandled the item, Oryx reached out to me, let me know what was happening and re-shipped the item to me rightr away. They were great to work with and made the process hassel free. Highly recommended!

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. Had a payment issue caused by PayPal and not Oryx. Called the Oryx team and they were so helpful and even called me back the next day (A Saturday) to make sure all was sorted. It was a pleasure to deal with and will deffinatly be ordering from Oryx again
