What a pleasure it has been to work with Oryzom staff this past week! I recently ordered a new, highly rated stick vacuum, but, unfortunately, it was stolen from my neighborhood before I could retrieve it. Staff, particularly JC, have been incredibly kind, responsive, professional, and HUMAN, as they worked to resolve the issue and send out another. I can't speak highly enough about their customer service. I highly recommend them to you!

I can't speak for the quality of their products, but I had a good experience with their customer service.
I ordered a dash cam from Oryzom for my son-in-law's birthday. Later that day, I spoke to my daughter who said that he had just acquired one. I went back & contacted the company immediately to cancel my order. They understood my dilemma, cancelled the order, and processed a refund.

I made an incorrect order and they were straight onto checking to make sure I had money back. Website easy to manoeuvre. Will definitely be back

I didn’t receive my order, even after I emailed them with my correct address it didn’t turn up. They were very helpful when I emailed to inform them. I investigated and went to the address I thought it had been delivered to but no it wasn’t there. Again I emailed Oryzom.de and they agreed to give me a refund. To which I am very grateful. Thankyou 😀

I had some questions and it was very easy to contact the company. I got a quick very nice reply. The product is very professional and well designed. it included all the tools needed to do a complete job. The motor is very powerful. I'm sure I'll be happy with it for a long time. It was a pleasure doing business with this company.

A great way to get to you guys was attaching your item to Google review. After looking for best electric razor on Google, I was reeding the review and at the end there was a tab that took me to your website. Your website is very well done and easy to use. A couple of clicks and a couple days latter and I had my new razor and I just love it. Very Easy! Thank You!

This vacumop i purchased works great on both my floors and carpet good suction and easy to set up and use

The customer service was prompt, gracious and helpful. I only used the vacuum cleaner for about 20 minutes. It was clear it was not going to meet our needs. I was I worried about whether I could return it since I had used it,if only for a very short time. I inquired and was told to mail it back and I would be given a full refund! Vacuums are expensive and I was very grateful for the prompt resolve to the problem.

My only complaint has to do with the manual. The vacuum is fantastic. It would be so helpful to have a more detailed manual and a video as to how to set up and use this spectacular vacuum. It does carpets and flooring far better than I can with a regular vacuum.

I had orderder a robot vacuum cleaner-washer Honiture V8pro. It worked perfectly but unfortunately it had a problem after 6 months. I enterded in contact with a person of Oryzom. The problem came of the battery but they had not other battery for this model. They sent me another robot (Laresor Mars01) 2 days after. It is perfect.

I have ordered amassage device which did not meet my expectations and asked for refund of my money. Against my erlier experience with other companier did it work well and have been promised to get my money back. This is very positive and I can recommand Oryzim

I accidentally purchased an item and immediately reached out to your Support Team. (Unfortunately, I was told it was too late to retract said item, so I'll need to wait for it to arrive, then take it to FedEx to return).
Nonetheless, the attention to this matter by "Ricah" was quick, detailed, very polite, professional and efficient!

Prompt reply to request and made it easy to receive service with a direct link to information I was requesting. It is nice to know there is responsive on line service when a direct phone number is not available.
