Return went smoothly. I bought the Oryzom product assuming it was highly rated by Consumers Reports. I go by their reviews. When I saw that was not the case, I decided to return the vacuum unused.

Buyer Beware - Multiple Red Flags - Look Up Customer Reviews & Verify Review Websites
I was looking for a cordless hoover and found a review site ranking the Oreliom/Oryzom V1 Ultra a 9.8 or a 9.9 out of 10 - ahead of the latest Dyson and only marked down due to out being only sold online and having low stock.
For a price around a 1/3rd of the Dyson, I thought this deal would be impossible to miss - I had to have it.
I told my dad about it and he said he never heard of the company and questioned the authenticity of what would be delivered to me.
I looked up the company and saw several startling things - negative reviews stating that the company has little to no customer service support, that refunds are very difficult to come by, that return processes are long and drawn out over many months and that items arrive either defective or not as described.
I looked at the review website again and to my absolute horror, I saw that the website reviewing the products is owned by the company selling the top rated hoover - essentially, they were reviewing themselves.
To go along with this, I noticed that the company and product in question seemed to have been traded and sold under multiple different names.
Alarm bells and red flags popped up all over the place for me as I feared I had just been scammed out of £199.99.
I emailed the company to cancel the order immediately and to refund me while also contacting my credit card company to ask how I can cancel the charge.
On the customer service side of things, the company actually came through for me and managed to cancel the order before dispatch and did issue my refund as requested, as I advised I had no intention of accepting the order and would ask that it be returned to sender so that I’m refunded should it ship out.
I honestly feel very lucky that I managed to get my money back with relative ease - so to the customer service department who handled my cancellation, thank you and I do hope that in the future your products do merit such high praise in reviews - I obviously wouldn’t know but I hope they are that good - but trying to pass off a review on a seemingly objective basis while owning the site that produces the reviews is simply very poor practise and would cause anyone to be highly suspicious of doing business with you.
Great product, fast delivery, great personal customer support
The first thing I wish to say is that the product, the Oryzom electric razor, is an increadible gift to my life. It is simply a pleasure to use. It holds a one hour charge of service time. It gives a digital indication of time left, so you know when to charge it. It can be used on the charging cord or off. It can be cleaned under the tap or with an aerosol duster. And it gives the easiest, smoothest shave - better than any electric razor I have ever used.
The people at Oryzom are great. I didn't receive an immediate confirmation by email when I placed my order. But when I wrote Oryzom, they were completely helpful, answering all my questions in the nicest way.
The razor arrived quckly by mail, in a lovely package, with a really nice carrying pouch for the razor, and an extra set of new blades that are so easy to install. I am really, genuinely pleased.
I think it would be a good idea for Oryzom to have a phone number, but they do respond quickly to emails.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! My mom bought the handheld vacuum because it said Consumer Reports rated it A+. Turns out Consumer Reports has never reviewed the product. The battery dies after 5-10 minutes of use. When we contacted the company they said the manual says it only lasts 10-15 minutes. We never would have bought it if we knew that. We've tried to get our money back and they keep pushing back. False advertisement and a complete scam.

Ordered an Oryzom electric razor
Ordered an Oryzom electric razor. Worked terribly and left me with an irritated face. Contacted them for a return and refund. Instead they wanted me to take a video of myself using the razor so they could make some suggestions. Turns out they have a warranty BUT NO GUARANTEE! Terrible company!!!
Oryzom V8 Pro robot vacuum
I purchased the Oryzom V8 Pro in January 2026. It seems to work well & picks up alot of dirt. the only problem I have is I need to replace the filter and I can not find any place to purchase them. It suppose to be compatible to Honiture V8 Pro & I purchased filters thru Amazon but the filters was too large for my machine.
Oryzom site said to look for "V8 Pro/D60's" filters. this information does not help. I have searched thru Google and Amazon without success. What am I suppose to do with the machine if I don't have any filters?
Don't buy Oryzom V8 Pro robot vacuum - no support
I purchased the V8 Pro robot vacuum. Order # US20336. It arrived January 20, 2026.
-I could not get it to work so I contacted the support email on 1/26.
-On 1/28 I got a response that gave me vague instructions for operating a handheld vacuum. NOT MY MACHINE.
-The 1/28 message also said to send pictures and describe the problem if that did not work.
-On 2/2 I sent pictures of the error message and an explanation of what happened.
-On 2/4 I got a message that my issue was forwarded to a "team." By 2/14 I still heard nothing so I sent another email asking about the status. The next day I got a message telling me to push the power button.
-I was away from the machine when the 2/15 message arrived. When I got back I told them that pushing the power button did not fix the problem.
-It is now 3/10 and I've heard nothing. When I tried to start a return the site told me I was too late to return it.
Completely satisfied!

Only partially received my order
I ordered two air purifiers and an extra set of filters. It took several weeks for delivery, and I received only one of the two air purifiers and a pack of filters that do not go with my unit. The only way to reach the company is via email. I got an auto response that they received my complaint and then three days later received an email saying they are checking into it.
At this point, I just want a refund so I can purchase one from a brick and mortar retailer. So frustrating not to be able to speak to a customer service rep
