Bought from them several times now, the communication and services they provide are amazing, they also have a larger stock of products compared to similar companies. Lucy, my contact was very good as well.

I always order figures from Orzgk, cheap prices and quick+quality delivery, if a figure stops production you always get a refund, I have requested an extra missing part for a figure one time and have received it for free.

The entire process of ordering and waiting for shipment notice, tracking and all of that was really smooth and easy! The package also arrived in good condition and quickly as well! Ella was amazing with communicating with me when it came to payment for shipping and any questions I had as well, would definitely order from them again!!

Overall the service is fantastic, you just need to be patient with the statue’s production times. The packaging is always great, and I never have an issue with it. Also Allen has been amazing and very helpful as online support. Highly recommend using orzgk.

Was interested in purchasing a statue, although it was initially closed for any further pre-orders. But, I was able to get into contact with the staff from the site and still place an order even after the deadline! The statue has now arrived after production and looks amazing in my display!

I regularly shop at orzgk.com and have purchased the SDZ Studio - Marvel Gwen Stacy Spider-Man statue multiple times. The quality of the SDZ Studio Gwen statue is excellent, and I am very satisfied with it.

Orzgk.com provides great customer service, making it my favorite shop. Additionally, their prices for the same items are slightly lower than other shops, which is very helpful. The shipping fees are reasonable and transparent, with no additional surcharges, so I can shop with confidence.

Overall very great service with orzgk and their staff like Allen. The product came out top quality. The production time and wait might be lengthy but I think it's worth it.

To be fair, I placed an order with some doubts about how legit the website is. But the service exceeded by far my expectations. Allen was always supportive and could answer in a timely manner all my questions. You have to be patient with the order as it takes a couple of months to produce and another couple of months to deliver. But the quality is top notch and worth the wait (and the money!)

Been eyeing a statue that was presold out everywhere but here. Gave OrzGK a shot and a few months later, received the statue in great condition.

Communication is done over whatsapp which felt weird at first. The shipping and payment process was pretty straightfoward and detailed. Gotta thank Lucy for answering any concerns I had about payments and customs. Package was packed pretty well and shipping costs were acceptable for a box that big.

Overall very satisfied with the service. Will shop again.
