Knowledgeable, supportive and professional
Very thankful to the team at Osborne Heath for selling our flat in Weybridge. After several failed development deals and being on the market with a different estate agent we had been dreaming of moving for a very long time. Natalie and Lucy especially were exceptional through the whole process. We didn’t sell straight away but there was no drop off in effort. It felt like two knowledgeable, supportive and professional friends were helping us through. Thanks also to Joe and Pam for their parts towards the end. Cannot fault the Weybridge team and would highly recommend.

Fantastic service from start to finish with Natalie and the team at weybridge. They went above and beyond to get us over the line and nothing was too much trouble. I had daily updates, being well informed throughout.

More than just an estate agent…
When selling your property often your natural thought would be to use a long established agent in your local high street. For us we actually thought a new agent to the area might just have that fresh approach and drive that’s needed to achieve the best result possible in the current market.
Osborne Heath gave us exactly that.
From the moment we met Natalie, who manages the Weybridge office, we knew we had made the right decision and felt completely in safe hands. Natalie definitely knows the market and also put us at ease like an old friend, which was an added bonus.
Once the sale was agreed, we were assigned a sales progressor whom I can’t praise enough. Pam, who we referred to as our ‘other solicitor’, relentlessly kept everything and everyone on track throughout. She would never fail to respond promptly, efficiently and always achieved the end result that was needed; even when obstacles where there.
Thank you for everything and wishing you continued success in Weybridge in 2023!
