The product is good, but missing parts and poor service in posting them
The product is good, but service afterwards when you failed to send enough parts was very poor. It should not take 3 working days before you post the missing parts.

We completed the investigation with DPD within 1 day, prepared the package and sent it out via Express service immediately. Easy to navigate the website
The website was easy to use and allowed us to calculate how many sets / metres we would need. Having the installation instructions available too also allowed us to know what was involved.
Actual installation went well and it's so far so good for our escape artist cat!

Extremely happy.
I am very happy with the quality of this product. The materials seem extremely durable and it was fast and easy to install.
The delivery was quicker than i expected too which was a bonus.

Product it self was awesome
Product it self was awesome. Only down wall was the huge delay in receiving the product. I understand there are faults in manufacturing but I feel there could have been better communication with the delay. I only found out about the manufacturing delays after I inquired why I hadn't received my product.

The chatbot on the website is excellent…
The chatbot on the website is excellent and actually provides detailed responses. When you need to get information from a human response this takes a few days. The product is very good and great quality. It does say on the site but for UK customers be aware that there are customs import charges. On a circa £300 over it was about 30% (£90) on top of the shipping of £45 so Brexit strikes again.

Great product and excellent customer service!!
It was easy to install, directions were easy to follow and didn’t leave out any steps or helpful hints. I actually ordered more brackets than needed because I didn’t pay attention to all that came in the kit and they were kind enough to actually look at my order, realize my mistake and ask me if I want the extras removed from my order before shipping it. Very thoughtful for those of us that lack attention to detail, lol.
