After reading all the successful reviews we were hoping for the same. It took a few days, but the cats were still able to jump the fence. Seems like a good product in therory. Glad some had great success. Alot of money for a product that did not work.

Great product, easy to install
Ordered on the weekend and arrived Friday (Sydney metro). Well packed and as described with full instructions on how to install with a few tools. Used a 32t bi-metal hacksaw, mitre box and clamp for cutting one of the lengths. Robust and brown colour blends in well with the wooden fencing. More importantly no successful escape attempts so far (2 weeks in)!

Excellent product! Excellent service! We have a beloved Ragdoll cat, named Jax, that loves his outdoor time. One day he figured out how to jump from a window ledge to a fence and climb up on the roof. He also figured out how to jump from a pool heater than up and over a chain link fence. Concerned about his wellbeing we began to look for solutions and came across the spinner idea. We place two separate orders over time and now have peace of mind and a safe happy cat. It took two try’s to convince Jax he wanted nothing to do with the spinners and went back to enjoying his big enclosed yard. Great product! Great solution!

Ordered a 60 m fence roller kit in…
Ordered a 60 m fence roller kit in aluminium. It was promptly delivered. Unfortunately quality control is poor as 2 of the rollers arrived with bad deformations on the fins. Luckily we had enough for the job (just), as we had ordered more than needed.
We used one of the recommended installers listed on the Oscillot website. The issue we have now is that the mount covers keep popping off, when winds are more than a breeze. So the rollers fall out and are constantly losing the ball rollers. Messaged Oscillot asking if anything can be done to make the end caps more secure, 3 weeks later there's been no response and the company doesn't list a phone number. After service support is obviously also poor.

Good advice via email, delivery is reliable and quick. The system is well thought out and easy to assemble. Only time will tell whether it will stop our cats from climbing over the fence.
