Great but freebie is underwhelming
Bought ties, bowties and pocket squares for the whole grooms party and happy with the product. The free pocket square and socks are a bit pointless if they are not a matching colour to the tie. I got excited to get something free after spending a couple hundred but kind of feels like your chucking in crappy product to get rid of it since a random plum pocket square is pretty useless.

On the freebies — fair point. They're optional bonus items we offer at certain spend thresholds, and you get to add them to your cart yourself before checkout. They're based on what we have in stock at the time, so unfortunately we can't match them to specific orders. We get that a random colour isn't always useful, and that feedback genuinely helps us think about how we improve the offering.

OTAA - 100% On Point!
I needed to find a bow tie in a specific colour and I found it easily on OTAAs website. Then due to the excellent filtering system on the site, it pointed me to another bow tie and pocket square that I liked even more. I went with my second choice and placed the order on a Friday afternoon.
On the Monday, I received a text saying my order was arriving. I couldn't believe how fast it was, and as promised it arrived later that day. I was so excited and impressed with the delivery. The packaging was nice and strong and when I opened it up, I found the goods to be in perfect condition.
I was amazed with the quality of the bow tie, as I had read on the website that items are handmade. My dad is going to look absolutely perfect when he walks my cousin down the aisle.
Thanks again OTAA. I have already sung my praises about your business to my family and friends. And to the author/s of your website; Love your work! Very funny and witty.
