Overall a good experience!
While there were some hiccups with my order and customer support, it seems they have fixed these issues. For a relatively "new" I think they deserve a good review in hopes that they continue to improve and run a nice webstore as they are doing!

I ordered something almost 2 months ago now, and it didn’t even ship, let alone arrive. I had to create multiple support tickets, to which I received no response. I then decided to call support and they told me there was no reason my order shouldn’t have shipped by now, and that they’ll get someone to give me an update on my order as soon as possible. I didn’t receive an update, and my order still hadn’t shipped. Thankfully I paid with paypal and my case was closed in my favour today, so I’m getting my money back. It was a LOT of money to spend with zero updates on my order which was extremely stressful, so I’m glad i’m in a position where I’m able to get it back. There is no situation where I would recommend ordering from this company, even for things that are difficult to find elsewhere, it’s just not worth the stress of having to contact support every other week with no response.
Good experience
This is the first time receiving a product from Otaku Square and I'm happy with the overall experience. I continuously received updates on when the product was expected to be released and I received my order earlier than expected. The shipment was also very fast and the item was safely packaged. I would gladly order from them again. Thank you!

Fair and Square. They are dealers and they deliver. It can take a big while but then it happens to be an overrun article the producer had problems to come up with. They dont tell you stories about guaranteed delivery dates but they inform you regulary about delays. Prices are average. My Lina Inverse in Kimono was in perfect shape. Package was firmly packed the correct (and environmentally friendly -paper recycle is best) way.
My wait was worth it. Finally my Dora Mata watch over me :D
It took a while
It took a while (3 months later than expected) for the order to arrive since the releasedate kept being pushed back. At a certain moment other companies did offer the product while Otaku Square did not. On top of that, the communication between Otaku Square and customers has been quite difficult. But, they did reply to all my inquiries eventually. Even by postmail. The experience has been a bumpy ride, but in the end they did deliver, they did communicate and the product and packaging was good.
All in all, I was happy with everything that really mattered.

The package was delivered without any problem or damage. And it was delivered quickly after I first received the mail that it had been shipped.
My only complaint was that, after my product had been delayed I received no notice of the fact. And it was only after I had reached out to Otaku Square that I was able to confirm that my product had in fact been delayed.
All in all, I'd recommend their services and products. And I'll probably use them again in the future.
Fast shipping though not in date
I had to talk twice with the customer service since the estimated shipping date given was not accurate. I have to wait for their response but they were very kind to me. Regardless, once shipped the product arrived in perfect condition and really fast.
Now, I am writting them since the figure was supposed to come with a bonus and it is not in the box...

The shop is good. I got my figures and they were perfectly fine. Not much else to say really.

I pre-ordered multiple items through this site and received my first order today. The item was packaged securely. I was kept in the loop via multiple automated e-mails with updated release dates. Their e-mails do tend to end up in Gmail's "promotion" folder though (I fixed this manually).
I didn't make use of their customer service, so I can't comment on that.
I'm looking forward to my other orders.
Are they even operating?
Not sure what’s happened but service and operations seems to be non existent. Chased a pre order for updates but to no avail. So glad I paid via PayPal and was able to get my money back as they have heard nothing back either. Disappointing and I would definitely recommend opening a case if you haven’t heard for awhile.

Absolutely no help from customer service. After over 2 weeks (maybe even a month) and multiple messages to them since my initial customer service request, I got a message from them saying the issue was escalated for review, but I heard nothing from them after that. I felt like they intentionally ignored me. I will never shop from these people again.
I'm missing 2 orders but very helpful customer service
I was attended by Robin Brok, and he was really helpful whenever I told him my issue with 2 of my orders. I had 2 orders that were missing and he took the time to tell me what the situation was. I will be called back later today in a more detailed manner what has happened with those 2 orders. He was calm and friendly throughout the whole call, very helpful.
I have until now, from every order I have made, recieved 6 out of 8 products; basically everything else except for these 2 items.
My otakusquare experience
So I ordered some figurines from otakusquare which where expected to ship on november 9th. However I never got any update so I looked around on the site and saw this:
"At this moment our customer service is getting swamped with messages about delayed orders, and we understand that your order is important to you. However we'd like to request that you hold off on contacting us about status updates until the 15th of November, at which date we hope to have migrated your orders to our new system and sent out a full overview of your reservations including an up-to-date ETA."
And now nearly a month and a support ticket later still no info. I do not recommend ordering here and if you do decide to take the risk use paypal so you can easily refund when things go south.
Terrible customer service
I Placed a pre-order several months ago, since the expected release date I have yet to receive any kind of update. I have also opened multiple tickets, to which I have received no response. Unfortunately I can't even get my money back from Paypal as too much time has passed.

Avoid at all costs. Absolutely no communication whatsoever, thankfully I paid with PayPal and was able to get a refund.
Untrustworthy and Unreachable
I've been waiting to receive my order since early September. I've tried to contact the company myself many times over the past 3 months, but to no avail. Early November I decided to escalate the dispute to a mediator of ValuedShops, the quality mark Otaku Square was part of at the time. However, he too wasn't able to reach Otaku Square despite many attempts. As of December 3rd, ValuedShops has revoked their quality mark from Otaku Square, I assume due to their absolutely atrocious customer service (as of writing this Otaku Square still claims to be part of the ValuedShops quality mark on their website, this is however no longer the case so don't be fooled). It's now December and I still haven't received what I ordered, nor have I gotten a refund, or even so much as a reply. I'd advise anyone considering placing an order here to look elsewhere.

If you ever need to make any changes to your order, just play the lottery you have a better chance there. Contacted them every 5 days on changing an order and always the same answer: "We have forwarded your request on our colleague expect a response in a couple of days."
If you need to order anything from this site, just use a different site (even if it cost more since it would save you the headache and time with dealing with this their customer service) to save your time and mental state.
