Amazing service
I ordered several products from Otavo for my daughter last week and the service was next to none! There was a product missing and I was privately messaged to rearrange my order and everything arrived the next day. Really fast delivery
Really fast delivery. My order arrived next day. It was presented beautifully in a box with lovely blue coloured tissue paper wrapping each individual item. And to top it off, there were little packets of sweets too. What a cute surprise. Very happy.
