It is true that you should consult the size chart each time. This is because we offer items of various brands - and sizes may simply vary between manufacturers. Moreover, our items follow the EU sizing. The sizes are then converted into other sizing standards (UK, USA, CA, FR, IT) by the manufacturers. That is why it is vital to check provided size charts.
We stress that in the section on our web store called HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR SIZE.
In case of doubt which size to choose, our Customer Support is here to help :) For help with sizing I recommended contacting us via our online chat service (available 7:00 a.m-3 p.m) and providing your measurements.

I bought a Nipplex Ismena 02 push-up bra. The delivery was fast (it took only one week from Great Britain to Italy at the middle of August). I chose the size following the chart on the site and the bra fits perfectly.

I am sure you will agree that problems with delivery may occasionally happen even with the best courier services. As you already know, your order was unfortunately one such rare instance (and now it has been confirmed that it is considered as lost by the carrier). We are truly sorry for that. Our orders are dispatched by our partnered, third party fulfillment center and we did our best to investigate with them what happened to your order. This has proven to be quite a complex case that needed time to sort out. We issued a full refund even before the parcel got confirmed as lost. Again - please accept our apologies.

There were two bras in your order, the price of each was 19,90 GBP. As only one was returned we have refunded 19,90 GBP - which is the full price of that bra. Please feel free to check that with the details of the order that you placed with us.
