Let’ s do it. :) The shipment is accurate. And it is great choice of products. Although You could be better. You can for example Look At your shoe box and compare the shoe size from the box and the pair of shoe inside. Better describe material of your products.
And give vouchers when you made mistake.

The ordering process went smoothly
The ordering process went smoothly. The items I have ordered are in perfect condition (not always the case with an outlet shop) and the delivery was fast. I only have 1 thing to criticize...the delivery/return costs. If you order something for under 150€ you have to pay delivery costs. If you have to order for example different sizes and want to send something back, you also have to pay for the return. This makes me only order accessoires but I would not order clothes, unless I know my exact size for that item.

We offer a lot of different brands on our website, for all of which the sizing is different. We made sure that a size chart was available for each brand, to avoid as much as possible that our customers order the wrong sizes, as we know how complicated it is to visualise an item when ordering online. Every one of our charts are the official size charts of each brand. You should then be able to choose the size that fits best to your measurements.
If we delivered different sizes than the one you ordered it's another story. If this is the case please accept our sincere apologies for this as it is absolutely not our intention.
