Order wasn't came

I didn't get my delivery yet . Why is the delay ?

AVOID this place I paid for next day delivery. Nobody answers the phone nobody emails back. I’ve been waiting 2 months now !!!! AVOID

My order has not yet arrived even though a payment was made

I ordered from this company paid fir the item..
And still not received my item I've tried to email them but they just ignore my emails

Order never sent. Tried emailing and calling to no response. Avoid at all cost

order still hasn't arrived. ordered 3.5 weeks ago. not able to contact anyone. avoid at all costs.

It's been 2 weeks. I ordered this for my mum's birthday which has since passed and so has the "3-4 business days "it takes to deliver. The order tracking still shows processing and I've contacted the company. There has been no response. I have no clue what has happened to my 20 quid.

Dodgy company. Takes your money and doesn't send order out. Check all the negative reviews

Wish I had checked Trustpilot before placing order which has not yet arrived and judging by comments on here is unlikely to. Like others I have emailed - no response and today I tried phoning only to receive a message stating that the phone number given on the site does not exist!
I have placed this purchase in dispute with my card company as it would appear that the Oudh Shop is no longer trading but seems to be able to take your money.
Seriously recommend avoiding this company's website.

I’ve ordered from this shop multiple times before and I was never disappointed however this time I am not happy at all. I’ve order a perfume and payed through clearpay, I have finished paying all the installments and still haven’t received my perfume. I ordered Igrah, Adyan on Monday 13th May and still haven’t received it. I’ve called, emailed, messages I’ve done everything. Where is my perfume?

I ordered on the 26th April and have not received my item until nearly a month later (21st may if i wrote my review few days later over a month and i know i wont have my item till then) tried calling their contact no. continuously for 2 weeks no one answered the call sent a dozen emails no reply. hated it never buying from them again.fake

This company is absolutely amazing fast dispatch and delivery was spot on great perfume customer service was amazing i see lot of people saying they can't reach the boss i dail there number they answer the phone in less than a few minutes, i visted there website it was absolutely amazing value for money,
They explained there website was getting better new look with more exciting perfume at amazing price

Order not received

I should of received it within 4 working days it’s now been more than 2 weeks and I haven’t received anything and I tried calling them multiple times but got no response do not waste your money at this place it’s not even worth the stress

I have not recieved my order and there is not contact information for me to use to follow it up.

Its been 15 days since I ordered and I have not received it yet

Don't have trust in this trustpilot too that have removed my review I have posted few days back for oud ...this is not good🤔🤔

Ordered 2 items, received one wrong item, no response to emails, phone call no answer - looks like this place is going bust - website seems semi broken too.

I have had the worst experience ordering from here. Did not receive my order with the time frame - no legit way of contacting the shop regarding this issue - no response back from them from the short messages I’ve sent and I’ve paid for my order!
