Product is excellent , however I received a charger that was not U.K. compatible . So had to order one from Oukitel at my expense ( as I remember over £40 ) my review would have been 5 stars but for... See more

Fantastic build quality sadly let down by no Android updates
Fantastic build quality sadly let down by the fact that they don't update the operating system. You get One update and that's it rendering the device useless after two or three updates of Android operating system as the apps migrate to the newer version of Android.
I have even contacted support and asked if I can pay for an upgrade and be told no come on I asked if it's possible to upgrade through PC shop and they've said if you do you will brick the tablet or phone ( making them useless)
Regrettably I've spent almost 1000 GBP on a phone and tablet from them and the obsolescence clock is ticking fast
Would I recommend some absolutely not. I won't be buying another unless they change the policy on Android updates
Warning
Warning: Do not buy from Oukitel. I bought a generator and solar panel for $577. They sent me a defective generator. I returned it for a refund, and they received the return, but I never got my money back. In my experience, this company does not honor its refund promises. Be careful before purchasing from them.
To put a long story short:I tried to…
To put a long story short:I tried to buy the C68 plus from a online retailer but that didn't work.
But with the Oukitel shop everything worked flawless.5 Star+
OUKITEL - Three failures within one year. This is not bad luck — it is a systemic quality control problem. I will not purchase from this brand again
OUKITEL – A Brand I Cannot Recommend | Posted May 20, 2026
I purchased the OUKITEL WP30 Pro from an authorized dealer in Mong Kok, Hong Kong less than one year ago. Within that single year, this device failed on multiple fronts. Buyers deserve to know exactly what they are getting into.
Touch Sensor Failure. Within three months, the touchscreen became unreliable — a critical defect that disrupted everyday tasks including financial app authentication. When I returned to the dealer, it was clear he was already aware of this issue. I was not the first customer to report it.
Battery Degradation. The advertised 8000mAh battery began deteriorating within months. Today, barely a year in, it cannot sustain a full day of normal use. That is simply unacceptable for a flagship rugged device.
Software Instability. The Android OS — presented as a custom, up-to-date build — was riddled with app crashes, daily system shutdowns, and repeated lockups requiring constant restarts. WhatsApp alone crashed repeatedly after reinstallation.
Poor eSIM Implementation. The eSIM interface was so poorly designed that airport staff, who handle eSIM activations daily, struggled to operate it. This is a basic feature in 2025. There is no excuse for this level of execution.
Camera Lens Cracked on a "Rugged" Phone. The device is marketed as rugged. It was dropped a few times — as any rugged phone should be expected to handle — yet the camera lens cover cracked, rendering the camera useless. This is a fundamental design failure and, in my view, a misrepresentation of the product's capabilities.
Two Tablets. Same Story.
The standard OUKITEL tablet developed a defective display within five months of light use, requiring a costly repair.
The rugged tablet — initially the most promising of the three products — physically lost two screws from its stand bracket. The concept of threadlocker compound is apparently unknown to OUKITEL's assembly line.
The Bottom Line: Three OUKITEL products purchased. Three failures within one year. This is not bad luck — it is a systemic quality control problem. I will not purchase from this brand again, and I strongly urge prospective buyers to take their money elsewhere. Consider yourself warned.
Ive bought Oukitel before
Ive bought Oukitel before, i find them good value and quality for the money, being a lorry driver , the twin sim function allows me to keep in touch with my family no matter what the quality of reception… highly recommended
Could as well be illegal
My phone misses critical security updates, and when it gets them, it installs Chinese spyware and bloatware apps. It is not Play Protect certified. I could prove that this company uses a firmware hack to trick the system into thinking that it has verified keys from Google when it really does not. The sole fact that they are doing something like this is highly suspicious and an indication of bad intention.
I have now contacted the customer support, if they do not reply within 30 days I'll take it to a consumer protection authority.
Bought an Oukitel mobile smart phone…
Bought an Oukitel mobile smart phone for my son less than a year ago and suddenly it stopped recognising and accepting his email and password which you need to access the phone. Reported to their customer services, who have done nothing. £280 down the drain. Avoid at all costs

Scammers
Stay away! They will send you a tablet with lower specs than advertised and then the battery swells up after a few months and they try to tell you its out of warranty! Then when proven wrong they changed their mind and tried to say ive broke it. Seriously do not biy oukitel
Amazing phones, excellent company!
An absolutely fantastic company with amazing phones! They make it a point of pride to showcase the ruggedness of their offerings and they deliver on that promise in spades. They are also responsive to inquiries and try to help where they can. My only gripe is that software support, while better than competitors, still falls short. But you do not need the latest and greatest, you need something stable that lasts, and they deliver on that.
They don't reply for emails
They don't reply for emails, support don't exist, I can't receive my 6-digit code for registration so I can't redeem my points from making an order.
Dead in 7 months, customer center even worse, 360e gone, avoid them
Dead in 7 months. Customer service even worse.
Bought a WP30 Pro in September 2025 for 360 EUR. Died after 7 months of light use. Factory defect.
They accepted the warranty, made me pay 21 EUR to ship it back. Package arrived at their warehouse April 30.
Then the chaos started:
First they said it was "destroyed" because the RMA number wasn't handwritten on the box.
Then they demanded 35 EUR to "recover" a supposedly destroyed package. When I complained about the defective phone, they changed their mind and refused everything. No refund. No replacement.
Now they ignore all my emails. Complete silence.
360 EUR gone. Avoid Oukitel.
⚠️ WARNING
⚠️ WARNING: Avoid OUKITEL! Zero Customer Support. ⚠️
I bought an Oukitel P1 Pro only 3 months ago. The phone suddenly died while in use and won't turn on again. No drops, no water damage.
I have provided all proof of purchase and technical details (Order: 3065888870751378 / IMEI: 354234790418815), but the seller and @Oukitel have completely stopped responding.
Extremely disappointed by the lack of reliability and the non-existent warranty. Save your money and buy from a brand that actually respects its customers!
Battery life is awesome
Battery life is awesome. My T7 is 1 year old and after use every dinner time for an hour it still has 71% life in it.
I have wp30 pro thar after 2 years still last a week.
The website is well designed
The website is well designed, easy to navigate and the checkout process went buttery smooth. The only thing now is waiting for a tracking number and then delivery.
Hard working phones for hard working people!
I'm a homesteader and love your phones. I've accidentally dropped them in water tanks, run over them with a hay wagon in the field, and they've fallen on hard ground. The screens get scratched and chipped but they keep working!
Do not buy this device
Do not buy this device. You will lose your money. GPS and software services does not work accordingly.
DO NOT BUY!!! WORST MISTAKE ! You will lose your money.

I am extremely disappointed with Oukitel South Africa and the service I’ve received regarding my Oukitel W*** Pro. I purchased this device on February 13, 2025, and it has been nothing but a frustrating and ongoing problem ever since.
From the very beginning, the phone’s location setting has not worked at all, making it practically unusable for basic functions. Despite multiple complaints on various platforms and several attempts to resolve the issue directly with your office, nothing has improved.
What makes this situation even worse is the repair process. The device has already been sent in for repairs twice, and each time it takes around three months to be returned—only to come back with the exact same issue still unresolved. This is completely unacceptable. Waiting that long for repairs, only to receive a faulty device again, shows a serious lack of quality control and customer care.
At this point, I feel like I’ve wasted my money on a product that has never worked properly and a company that clearly does not prioritize its customers. I would not recommend Oukitel South Africa to anyone based on this experience.
If you call them for sales the service is good but for repairs or refunds the telephone lines are out of service. Check the head office is in China.
Really solid product, fabulous service
I bought the WP300 a month ago. Although it's weight is given on the sales page, they should replace the weight with "an absolute tonne!" - it's very heavy thanks to the huge 16000mAh battery.
The phone is super rugged, it's already been dropped on hard surfaces and in a hot tub, and it's totally fine. There's a reason I got a rugged phone!
The interface is essentially stock android, very little bloatware. There is an annoying notification from "duraspeed" which can't be stopped, but as it prolongs the battery life it's tolerable.
One of the features is that it comes with two modules - one a torch, the other a smart watch. These attach into the body of the phone, but only one at a time. The other clips into a watch band - essentially a free but well featured smart watch. The charge other by a propiatory cable, or from the phone when it's inserted, which is incredibly handy. The watch part also acts as an earpiece - good enough for calls or discrete sounds, bit quite ideal for films etc as it's only for one ear, but still very handy.
Now the good bit - I lost the watch/earpiece. It's solid and connects properly, but I was in hospital and didn't pop it in when I was done with it - so it's lost forever (ever tried a hospital lost & found?).
I asked oukitel how I could buy another, and they're sending one out for free. Totally above and beyond.
So it's a really solid phone, huge battery life and the customer service is just lovely - even when it's the customer's own silly fault!
