I had some specific questions regarding some of your products. You do not provide a customer service phone number thus the ability to communicate with a live person. I'm certain I would have purchased additional items but without the ability to converse with a customer service rep, I decided to limit my purchase.

Most of the information was present

Most of the information was present; it was possible to automatically feed the credit card data, and the experience was relatively friendly. Unfortunately, there was a glitch, and I had to toy with the payment button a couple of times before it enabled punching data in, and I didn't get any feedback on the details of payment and shipment at the end of payment. I have to count on it being present in my Inbox.
