I bought a pair of red shoes that supposed to of been a velvet material in a brick red . What I got was a cherry red leather and the laces are a completelly a different colour . They look awful

Customer service support is tedious and act like if they are doing you a favor, item I bought is far from what is advertised. I want to return the item but it is a nightmare. You don't get what you bought and once you buy it you are alone.
