Scam scam and scam website .. I ordered a D&G dress and received it with the below condition:
1- with no tags and 2- with a stain of make up but this stain is very minimal and to be honest if I liked the dress I would have ignored this invisible thing but I didn’t like so I decided to return it after sending live pictures to their whatsapp number showing the stains but with not a single comment or reply to date and not a simple justification why they sent it with no tags so when I returned the dress they said that the dress didn’t pass the quality check as it has a stain Yes very funny and after speaking with 3 different unprofessional people during this past month explaining over and over that they are the one who sent the dress in this condition and they should apologize instead of attacking me but in vain and now last call they decided not to return it .. don’t use this website at all not professional people and most of their items are either from outlet or stocked for long time

Their price match policy is a lie

Their price match policy is a lie. Untrustworthy and never shopping from here again. I found the same item I bought on sale somewhere else and when I submitted a price match request they wrote back "Please note that the item is discounted on competitors' website and we cant do a price match for a discounted item the item must be in its original price". What a joke. Of course the original price would be the same everywhere, it's the discounts that are different. Remove the policy if you guys aren't going to honor it.

Appalling customer services, bad refunds system

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes and they were not cheap. I received them same day, tried them on same day, kept 2 pairs and returned 1 due to the fact I didn’t like them. The Same day they went back to the store. The pair returned were over 3000 AED and had Rhinestone details. The Rhine stone were falling off and this was literally me taking from the box and trying on. This wasn’t the reason I returned then but the fact I didn’t like them. I did highlight to Ounass this issue anyway. One month later I still have no refund, I have had one response and one phone call saying they were trying to repair them!! I don’t want them and wouldn’t have kept them even if i did like them as they are bad quality and falling apart before even being worn. now Ounass are ignoring my mails… I don’t have time to chase you to get my money back for a product I don’t have

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
NO TRACKING FOR YOUR ORDER OR PHONE. NUMBER TO THE DELIVERY COMPANY! Requested a delivery between 9am-11am arrived NEXT DAY after 4pm. Now while I’m writing this, waiting for the delivery guy to pick up my return, god know when he will come i guess i just sit home and wait around for. A couple of days again!

I never write reviews but the customer service ppl triggered me to do! I wish i would have read all the bad comment before spending money with them!

Poor quality and terrible customer service

I bought a bracelet as birthday gift. The recipient wore it one time and the clasp was of such poor quality that it fell off her wrist and she didn't notice. Thankfully, someone found it and returned it to her. When I complained to ounass customer service, they got back to me 3 weeks later and said the damaged clasp was due to "wear and tear". Unless they are selling second hand goods and pretending they are brand new, how can this be caused by wearing the bracelet once? Ounass has earned its terrible customer reviews because it consistently has poor performance. After several experiences, I can no longer remain a customer.

If I could give them minus zero rating I would. They will send you faulty items and then claim you wore them and refuse to issue a refund. Terrible experience and very rude customer service and too many empty promises. The items quality is way below bar. Don’t waste your money

Very bad experience. Payed 25 dhs extra to deliver 2 hours later and it comes the next day !! It was promoted as 2 hours and then they lied. I don’t want the order and they made it hard to refund my money!

Before placing an order in "Ounass" i should read all the reviews so I will not face the same issues they had.
I've ordered YSL wallet AED 1500, after 4 hours I've received my YSL wallet, THE WALLET IS IN BAD CONDITION, THE STICHING ON SIDE IS BROKEN, HAVING GLUE SOME SCRATHES AND ON THE HARDWARE SCRATCHES AGAIN, SEEMS ITS JUST A DISPLAY ITEM AND DELIVER IT TO ME, AND COLOR IT WAS INCORRECT. I ADVISE NOT TO PURCHASE ANYTHING IN THIS ONLINE SHOPPING OUNASS.YOU WILL BE JUST STRESS.

So disappointed with the customer…

So disappointed with the customer service :( Purchased an anklet which broke within a month of delivery and only 3-4 times of usage. They refused to replace the item and left with no choice, I reluctantly agreed to let them repair. The item was collected 7 days after it was scheduled for collection. The messenger did not give me any receipt while collecting the item and assured me that I would receive a message…The item was collected over a week ago and I haven’t received an acknowledgment of receipt or an update (as promised).
I shop online all the time from very high-end online shops and have never experienced such lack of support or inefficiency. Truly disappointing!

Rude Customer Service- did not want to issue a refund

Very strange. I placed an order, worth thousands of dirhams. Some items fit, some didn't... Normal.
I processed a return for the items I did not want to keep, 5 days later someone from Ounass calls me asking me if I wore the items.

Excuse me?

What type of question or customer service is this? Someone who pays and kept some items, is now being asked if I also wore the returned items.

I've ordered from many websites, unfortunately in UAE we don't have many options for luxury shopping.
I've never faced any accusations and disrespect like this before.

I recommend shopping from Netaporter, Farfetch, Mytheresa instead.

These guys sell faulty products. They will send you the damaged product and then when you report it to them, they will say the product that they shipped and delivered was perfectly fine. They will not refund or accept the product to be returned.

Horrible post sale service

Horrible post sale service. Please do not buy any designer bags from them, the respective brands don’t offer any service to products purchased from Ounass. They customer service team themselves don’t know about this.They take forever to get back with an update. Keep shuttling the issue from one person to another endlessly with no result. Never buying from Ounass again !!! Sheer disappointment !!!

Post sales - customer service is lacking

Bought a pair of 2550 aed heels. The plastic was peeling off and their was a chip in the heel. They told me they inspect all heels before sending out. I reported it as they came out from the box. It took me 3 weeks for a refund. When they took them back into stock I received a notification that my size was back in stock. I was able to add them to basket and so it could be they were going to re sell them. When I asked they said it’s just how their system works. I bought a 1500 aed pair of plastic Valentino flip flops snapped after owning for 3.5 months and 6-8 wears. They took 3.5 weeks, without inspecting the shoe, to tell me it’s normal wear and tear. They would offer me 300 aed store credit. After sales service on faulty items is something to be aware of. I wish I had read all the other reviews on here before buying.
