Very positive experience

The whole process of filing a claim for my car accident was very simple and straightforward. I filed it at night and the next morning an agent was already in contact with me. They requested pictures of the damage to provide a first quote. In a matter of one week I received a check in my mailbox so I could take the car in a body shop to get it repaired. They also helped me to get my deductible paid by the other driver’s insurance because it was his fault (mini tort in Michigan). I received frequent updates from the agent guiding me through the process. The repair shop also claimed with them additional parts for the repair and no problems or delays were reported.

Had to chase down a refund

I canceled my homeowners insurance because my premium increased almost 70%. Unfortunately, Branch Insurance already charged my credit card AND billed my escrow account. I requested a refund a week before the policy end date and was told a refund would be in my hands in 5-7 business days. Three weeks later, I had to call and they still hadn't processed the refund. I now have to wait another week and I have no confidence I'm going to see the check. I can't think of any reason to return to Branch Insurance.

I have dialed with many insurance…Erica McNair is a Rockstar!!!

I have dialed with many insurance companies throughout the years but the service i have received from the Branch Claims employee Erica McNair was superb and extraordinary and on a timely manner very effective and efficient and helpful and productive!!!
No time waisted at all she was on top of her game throughout this Claims dealings and she performed very well finding contractors making appointments for inspection of the damages and repairs estimates she was incredible!!!
I never got this kind of a service from an6 insurance company I had to deal with in the past ????
I am a business owner my self and I wish for myself and other business owners that we had more people in our society like Erica McNair!!!
They make the difference in our fast moving world and we are thankful for having them 🙏!!!
May God bless you Erica and your family for what you doing for many years to come !!!

I have been used many different insurance companies on past years But Branch is the Best one when you have to file a claim the guy working there Rick he is the best person to deal with your claim..very much good experience working with him.

what a huge load off of my shoulders

When your life is interrupted by the water heater bursting and destroying your home (right before thanksgiving), it’s hard to not feel untethered. If we didn’t have insurance, this would have devastated us financially. Accuserve and Branch have been such an asset! we immediately had someone handle our situation, call a mitigation team to get started and followed up with me throughout that process. I felt so at ease. when I didn’t have answers, they did! Branch has been so helpful. my only complaint was the length of time to get an adjuster assigned to our account. My son cut his foot on the floor and I hoped we would’ve heard from someone sooner but I to help aid in relocating while the house was getting fixed.

Once we had an adjuster, Rick was great! He called immediately, answered any question I had and swiftly responded when the rebuild team provided pertinent information. I am so grateful to him and everyone involved. Thank you Rick!!

Casey made this claim experience a breeze. Through a professional approach, she was able to guide me through next steps and do so with a patient attitude. Amid a daunting time, she brought ease throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Casey to other in any claims situation.

Out of a stressful and unfamiliar experience James made it at least palatable to deal with. I had previously never heard of
Branch Insurance and they are truly blessed in having this friendly , pleasant , and kind man to assist their company . Bravo Branch !

Terrible

These people out of nowhere raise the prices then notify us that our car insurance policy won't be renewed..We reply back since they talked us into bundling auto & home insurance & ask if the homeowners is to be canceled too. They reply back on after we asked that it too will not be renewed. Glad we asked because they sure weren't coming forward to tell us.. This is a backyard insurance company that has no idea what they are doing. Go with Farmers or another company that actually cares & knows how to communicate.

Doubled my rates for no reason

Hey, I just want everybody to know to be real careful I Purchased homeowners insurance last year was the first year I purchased it from branch. Total bill for the year was $1313.00. I go to open up my email for my renewal and my bill has doubled. I have no claims nothings changed same location obviously at the house but this is what they all do they give you a great price to start with. Then with the renewal jack you up to a crazy ass price is sick of these insurance companies and I am so disappointed in branch. I really thought they were going to be different but they suck just like the rest of them.

Great work on my claim!

James Duncan, who was my internal adjuster was amazing to work with! He was super communicative throughout the entire process. I have owned an insurance agency for over 20 years and I have to say that my claims experience with Branch was excellent!

Erica was outstanding

Erica McNair was outstanding. I have been battling my claim since June. She stepped in a week ago and is issuing my check for my personal property. She is amazing. She called me back, listened to me and helped me when no one else would. I am very great full for her. Branch should proud to have her on their team.

Not reliable when you need it.

I’ve had branch for over a year and I’ve never needed to use them. I needed to pull up the website to change my payment information and get my policy information for title verification on 11/25. The website was down at 11am central. I reached out via phone and customer service was down. I tried at 3pm central and website was still down so I did the chat now option. The representative told me to call (she didn’t know they were closed) and told me to do it on website (after my first message stated website wasn’t working). I told her neither is working right now and she stopped messaging me. Now it’s 930pm and website still isn’t working. I would hate if this was some emergency where I needed insurance information. Makes me really lose confidence on anything with them.
