The items don't exist! Subscription scam alert

This 'company' operates by fooling customers into trying to purchase an item, instead what they actually do is fool people into signing up for some kind of membership to a website.

When you try to resolve the issue the agents claim that everything is explained in terms and conditions so refunds can't be given. When pressed, they give the support email and end the chat.

Hello, "ourhobbyfun.com" is taking money from my account and I don't even know this company, I have never bought anything so please stop it before I report it further.

I was scammed by this company

I was scammed by this company. Thy advitise that you won a free mystery zara box for a certain about of money on Instagram which was £5.81 only to get confirmation email from this company to say it's a membership fee subscription. So disappointed before I paid had not read reviews here. My money has gone talking to the bank and the fraud people

If at first you don't succeed...

Unfortunately, the first agent I dealt with did not do what they promised. That said, I spoke to Sammy this week who promised to sort out a refund for me and they did! Many thanks Sammy, you are a star! xx
(Now to sort out the original issue of cancelling membership and refunding all my other money- I have been trying to cancel and get my money back since the day I "signed up")
