Complete SCAM!! Do not attempt to buy anything from these scum! I attempted to buy an item from an unrelated site, which they either control or have hacked/cloned (hollsbeauty.store), instead of getting the item I purchased I got enrolled into a scam membership renewal scheme. They have already contacted me to request removal of my review about their “membership” program, with the immediate offer of a refund if I remove my negative review. I did that, probably stupidly, but if the refund isn’t in my account in 5 days I’ll be back with an even more negative review. My banks Fraud department are activity dealing with this and issue. Scum.

I had some concerns at first, but the support team was very helpful and always responded quickly. They cleared up all my doubts right away and made me feel reassured throughout the process.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.

I never purchased anything from them. Never signed up to anything. Yet somehow they got my card details and started trying to take membership fees. I got my money back through a charge back with my bank.

I had left a review on here saying they were a scam and now I am being inundated with emails requesting me to take the review down and then they will refund me my money. the emails are automated as always say exactly the same thing.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. DON’T EVEN SIGN UP TO A NEWSLETTER!!!!

This company is a scam... They somehow signed me up to a membership and then when I saw the transaction and tried to cancel it they said they wouldn't refund me because of their policy. I checked their website policy and it stated I get full refund... They came back said they can only do half refund... So I said I'm posting negative review... Since I posted a review about a year ago they have been trying to blackmail me with a refund as long as I remove my negative review on here... This is part of an email what they sent me just today (1 year later) "As part of our policy, we kindly ask that reviews be deleted before issuing refunds. This step is essential because, unfortunately, we’ve had many instances where customers did not update their reviews after receiving refunds."

Many other people have posted the exact same issues with this site being a scam. Also their positive reviews on here appear to be fake too so it's telling... Don't buy or subscribe to this place.

Update as of October 2025...they continue to blackmail me to remove this review from TrustPilot and then they will process my refund... FYI The Crimes Act 1961 of New Zealand explicitly defines blackmail as using threats to compel someone to act in a particular way, which includes forcing a customer to provide a positive review so this is an illegal request
