Love the ring. Didn't have a chance to see how the diamonds sparkle in the sun. The communication was smooth. I received many emails with updates throughout the process. It took a little longer from the order date to delivery than what American customers are used to these days. I even have a diamond reader, and all the diamonds pass the test.

Ive never been offered a chance to change the dimensions or design of the jewelry im buying so that was pretty cool. They made the whole thing themselves and kept me updated the whole time wish was also cool. Ive never had an experience like this or found prices like these buying online i will be back for more soon

Horrible! Ordered 2 necklaces for my son and I never received them, every time i sent an email asking for an update i was sent an automated email stating its delayed. When i requested a refund because it never came, i was refused! Do not ever order from them! It is a fraud!

The back and forth interactions via email were professional and the responses from Vijay were prompt! My antique trapezoid stones were beautiful, were a very reasonable price and I am very happy with them. My only concern is that antique or not, they are lab grown and should come with an IGI certificate, even if they are accent stones for a bigger stone. My other concern is how long it took to get them. Almost a month. That is a long time to wait for a purchase.
In conclusion, if one is looking for a quality product, reasonable price, good customer service and one is willing to be very patient, I would recommend Ouros Jewels. Just know all of that going in and you'll be good to go!

Customer service from beginning to end was fantastic. The product is better than expected. In fact I put the earrings in my ears and have not taken them out.
