The initial order took over a month to make and receive. Also you have to pay for igi when there are many other companies that provide certificates automatically and for free. Another issue is an option to have your diamond engraved for you personally atleast so I thought. I asked for initials to be engraved into the stone and it was not done. Price is expensive when other companies have better pricing. Customer service was not great nor helpful. Many emails from different people from the company but not on the same page. BUYER BEWARE DON'T BUY OR READ FINE PRINT. NO EXCHANGE REFUNDS OR HELP.

I’ve placed many orders and have had a positive experience each time. Communication is excellent, product quality is excellent, delivery speed is excellent, I couldn’t praise this company enough.

The company had my review removed after ignoring my WhatsApp messages and knowing full well that I received this order as a gift, order #4339. I received this gift 4 months ago and despite being advertised as 10k gold, they’ve completely discolored. I wear 10k-18k gold daily, many of these pieces for 10+ years and have never had this issue with another piece.

Not only is the jewelry poor quality, but the brand has gone to lengths to obscure how poor their customer service has been by having reviews removed unjustly.

They even created a physical wax model to ensure the setting would be stable and sit perfectly flush on the ear, even advising me against a specific design that wouldn't have been safe for daily wear. They clearly prioritize engineering and long-term quality over just making a sale. The diamonds are breathtakingly brilliant, and the custom low-profile Martini setting with jumbo backs is exactly what I wanted.

I ordered a ring from Ouros. They kept me updated on the step to step process of its production and even sizes it between a 4.25 and 4.50. They also sent picture of the ring they made. It arrived in a timely manner and was perfect. I highly recommend this company.

So far I dislike the jewelry hasn’t arrived. It was supposed to be here 3 days before my wife’s birthday and it’s now 3 days after and my new update is 3 more days. I would have never bought it if they were upfront about the delivery. The only reason I have it 3 stars is communication has been good. If communication wasn’t good I would think the whole thing was a scam.

They were very communicative about the steps and processes my jewelry was in from the moment I ordered. The quality is great and the price was very fair. For my first time doing a group buy, I was very satisfied!

I was a little scared since this was my first time doing a group buy with this company but they communicated with me through the whole process. But what was shocking was how great the earrings were. The attention to details is crazy amazing. I was in shock when I opened it. I even plan to do another one for my mom for Mother’s Day.
